I really liked having everything I needed in one place! The sushi bar was good but they were out of avocado (which almost every roll had avocado included) The rooms were beautiful and spacious! The room had plenty of windows with sprawling views of Bangkok and plenty of hot water. The pool was nice and sunny! The only complaint I...

So pity... the last 2 nights of our vacation we planned to stay in this hotel in Bangkok. Online and on arrival everything looked great. After 20 minutes we found 2 cockroaches in our room. My husband went to the reception. He had to look in 2 other rooms by himself, they didn't help! Nobody checked our room. I wanted...

We got a good deal from expedia so the price wasn't too bad, but its a pretty out dated hotel. The pool is not a big as the pictures make it look but its still nice for a dip. Its only a 100baht tuk-tuk to get to khosan road and grand palace, so that was nice. Just make sure you...

Hotel stay was awesome. The staff was really helpful and and reception was good. The rooms were quite old styled but old is gold. The only issue was the smell in the room, but that is obvious due to the old furniture. Rooms were spacious and my daughter was enjoying a lot. The coconut bar was a nice place to...

My friends and I felt we turned up at the wrong place as it seemed so posh when we went in! The room we had was huge with a very nice window view of Bangkok. Staff was friendly and accommodating, couldn't ask for anything better really. Especially at how cheap it was too.

I will be blunt and to the point the hotel has a cheap room rate however this is because the hotel is very dated and seems to be stuck in time, the decor and linen has seen better days and things like wifi access only in the lobby can be frustrating as from my room I had to walk 200...

The rooms are nice. Breakfast is good, but very crowded. The check-in line at the reception is very long, and the staff is extremely rude, especially the front desk manager. No wifi in room. The pools are is nice, but also crowded. The restaurants are really expensive, and the food is just okay.

Staff members are extremely rude, unhelpful and others just look at you when you ask a question. I will however give a big shout out to Paison (one of the porters) who could see how much distress we were under from the lobby staff and the Luggage Handling Manager. Paison was kind enough to apologise on behalf of his shameless...
