I always stay here when in Bangkok. I have all I need where and when I want. Thank you to the Silom Village people. There is public transportation at the door, if you want to use a bus, also near the station of the Sky train,

Good basic accommodation. The staff are friendly and ready to help. Excellent location in the heart of Silom. We will be back. Easy access to BTS sky train and MRT links so getting around is easy and cheap.

This hotel is in a great little area. Although we primarily ate at the street vendors the food down in the shops at lunch time was extremely good. The room was nice and clean. There was free wifi in the lobby. Definitely a great economy place to stay at.

This seems to be a mix of some old country mansion converted into small shopping area, hotel and eating place with some live shows sometimes. However hotel is just OK as I have seen far better comfort level at same price. Reception is unfriendly and seems biased for some reason. There is no bell boy - but then there is...

While in Bangkok with a group of friends for four days during Songkran, we made the most of the bar and restaurants in Silom Village. We all felt the location, food, service and value made it worthwhile to return.

Do not expect much. Earlier this place used to be fabulous location as compared to the area range the price was very less. It is however a good place to stay if u r traveling alone but not with company. Ac leakage was there. However the staff was very co-operative and friendly and that made the stay comfortable.

Good, clean hotel. Staff members speak decent English and are pretty friendly. Price was definitely a bargain, due to its high quality and proximity in the Silom district. The nearby soi (street) has a woman who sells braised pork w/ rice, that's quite delicious.

Quick dinner with my wife after hours of shopping. Sereral restaurant with music and Thai dance. I believe a tourist place but we also saw Thai people. Good Thai food and seafood outdoors. Reasonable price and service

Looking into Silom Village from the roadside in Silom it is very inviting. Shelter from the rain or the heat! Trouble is shopping here is very difficult, not because there is a lack of things to buy, but the hassle experienced AS SOON AS THEY SEE YOU LOOKING IN THEIR WINDOW OR AT THE ARTICLES DISPLAYED IN FRONT OF THE...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.

“You may want to book your room without breakfast. The restaurant where you can have breakfast at, with the coupon the hotel issues you is right outside the entrance but has a serious staff issue. They are unfriendly and rude if you ask any thing. No idea about customer service whatsoever. Much worse than the hotel staff. So if you book your room without breakfast, you can still eat there, or go to any of the many other restaurants around to eat when the staff do not treat you well. It will give you the option of choice.”
