Very nice place, beautiful salons, friendly staff.
Only 10-15 minutes walk from the BTS (Bangkok Sky Train), but still very quiet as it is located in a small dead end street, away from traffic.
Fantastic stay at Cabochon! The hotel has so much character and feels like a breath of fresh air compared to other Bangkok mega hotels. It is quiet but still easily accessible. The staff were wonderful. Great breakfast every morning. Absolutely loved this hotel!
I loved everything about this hotel. The style is incredible - every room feels like you're walking into an adventure. Everything is spotless - so clean, even though so many of the objects and fixtures are vintage.

Thanks to a recommendation from friends in Bangkok, we stayed at the Cabochon for 2 nights. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to avoid big hotels with corporate atmosphere.

With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's
hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
