We had a 4 days stay. It was perfect, rooms were clean, hotel looks great. Staff very polite. Location is perfect with bts station next door and mrt 5 minutes walk away. Lots of food in the area and a shopping mall.

Enjoyed this hotel as a base for a couple of days in the city, sky train stop right outside making life easy to get about and also one stop along to river ferries. Stayed b&b and the food was good, room service fairly expensive compared to eating out but that's the norm (penalty for falling asleep jet lagged). A bit...

Not many restaurant nearby but the hotel is just next to the BTS station, you could go to the malls within 10 minutes, very convenient. The room is not big but a very spacious bathroom and big bathtub. However, if you want to take a bath in bathtub, water is not hot enough. If they will improve the temperature of...

I stayed there for one night, the doorman and bellman/boy where excellent. The service at the reception was very slow and inefficient. The guy at the concierge was good, but then we came back and there was someone else there that didn't understand english and that was frustrating. The room was nice with some view, the breakfast was very good.

We stayed two nights at the Mode Sathorn. We were on the 32nd floor and the views over the city were stunning. The room was trendy modern but everything was easy to find and operate. The breakfast was very good with a very wide choice in comfortable surroundings. The roof pool and the attention of the pool staff were very...

Location is a major plus point to this hotel. Overall, we had a good stay here for 3 nights, the rooms were a little dim (urban stylish) but nothing we couldn't manage. The bathroom was lovely and everything else was comfortable. The only downside was many fixutres were starting to wear, would be good if more care and maintenance go...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
