A choice that can't go wrong considering it is next to a BTS station, very close to MBK, Siam Square, Siam Centre, Siam Discovery Centre, Siam Paragon and also nice Bangkok Art & culture centre next door. New & clean room. Other than slow front office service encountered when check in, do not have any issue with my stay

Stayed for 5D4Ns.. Pros - Great location - directly in front of National Stadium BTS, 1 stop from Siam, 7-11 downstairs, Macs a few mins walk away - Buffet breakfast had a more than decent spread - Smiley service staff who will readily get you a taxi or help you with your queries. Check in system was down so we...

What a surprise this gem of a hotel turned out to be. Booked an executive room. Not all that much extra in cost. Staff are so helpful. Ask for firmer bed pillow and in no time we were provided, by the house maid, with new pillows and a follow up to see if we were happy. In our booking we...

The Mercure Siam hotel is just located next to BTS National Stadium Station. The ground floor of the hotel has a 7-11. It is so convenient. But the room is a little bit small and the light is dim. The rooftop is a infinity swimming pool that can enjoy the Bangkok city's view.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was clean and spacious. Location was very convenient with major shopping malls within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety that catered to all people. However, the pillows were very soft. Almost felt like I was sleeping on nothing even when I stacked two...

I stayed for 5 days. Their check-in lobby is at level 9. Do note that they share the same building as IBIS. IBIS check-in is at ground floor. Mercure check-in is at level 9. If you are smoking, either ground floor or level 9, outdoor area. Location: - Great! Right next to the BTS station, National Stadium. - Opposite MBK...

Good location next to the shopping area around Siam Square. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the MBK center or Siam Discovery. There is also a sky train station right outside the hotel. The rooms are nice and modern, but a bit small. The pool area on top of the hotel is also very small and there...

This is my first time stay staying at Mercure Siam Bangkok. Overall it was a great stay. Cons: 01) No sanitary bag provided. Called and requested but they said they don't provide. 02) The bathing area glass door cannot be closed fully. It causes some water to splashed out and floor is slippery. (Think not all rooms have this problem....

Good location. However, if you intend to travel by public train service from airport to hotel alighting at National Station, note that there are no downwards escalator. Hence, you need to walk down via staircase and this is cumbersome if your luggage is large or heavy. The hotel room is generally clean but lighting is dim.

Mostly pluses with minor caveats. Both Mercure as well as the marginally cheaper Ibis share the same building. Ibis I guess has the lower floors, Ground -7th whereas Mercure gets the higher ones with it's reception lobby on the 9th floor. Common dining hall on the 8th which may get packed during rush hours. Two separate entrances on the ground...
