This is the kind of hotel that can affect Agoda;s reputation. The pictures on the sites are so much different than waht we experienced. When we first stepped into our rooms, the rooms were so smelly and the type of air freshener they use were cheap and low quality ones. My blanket had a spot of blood and it was...

Positive Staff very helpful and polite. Large bed, large room and clean. Food stall, night market, shopping mall, BTR station, 7-Eleven, massage all nearby. Negative 5th floor have to use staircase. Bathroom heater not stable, change temperature when shower. Bathroom difficult find a hook to hang up cloth and hardly get a right place standing in front of the mirror...

This property is located next to pratunum market about 3 mins walk from the hotel. Surroundings are filled with food stalls selling authentic thai food /fruits/drinks. Walking to Platinum is a mere 10 mins walk and 7 mins walk to the nearest bts station to get to MBK areas or central BKK for shopping. Its advisable to walk or train...

We like it here. It's nearby to everything. Staff are polite. No complaints about our room. It's more than decent. Didn't try the food because street food is just about everywhere outside the hotel. A bit hard to get a taxi though. Will be back soon!

Booked a Deluxe room for our Bangkok holiday & to our surprise they upgraded us a Executive room. The hotel staffs are fast with their check-in & check-out. Do remember to ask for hair-dryer & adapter if you need it as the room don't provide it. The Executive is super spacious & aircon is extremely great & powerful especially the...

We stayed at the 93 Hotel and enjoyed it. Everything was perfect - the only thing we had a problem with was the breakfast. Hotel should cater for Muslim families. The street outside is crowded but that's Bangkok for you.

Bad service and bad manner communication from the front desk. 1st impression from hotel worst ever i met. The room with leaking water from bathroom. water heater not in good condition, sometimes works, sometimes not. Bad bathroom condition. Not value money for the 4stars rated hotel, although the location is very strategic (just walking distance to pratunam market, platinum mall...

Tiles were not sturdy, as you walk, the wooden flooring creates creeky sound. Bedsheet were not changed as we see the same stain. Stench from aircon. Worst of all, the water heater has alternating temperature (super hot and cold). Streets were very busy which makes it difficult to walk.
