I generally stay here because Ari is a great area of Bangkok. The place is a bit old, and worn out, but the staff are super nice and remember me by name. The area around is residential so it's a safe quiet area. Only drawback...More
Been staying here countless times for the last 10 years. Excellent value, easily reachable by BTS and then short motortaxi ride (15THB). Bright rooms, TV, fridge, water cooker, plates and cutlery, shower with hot water, excellent beds, very old a/c which does its job. The...More
Peaceful and neighbor is quiet, very good price, clean room but old already, all functioning excet phone. But in our experience, our last nyt was really creepy. Some one just took a picture of us while we were sleeping. Did not even noticed the flash....More
this serviced apartment is old, but it's really clean and has great staff. Sure it isn't the Ritz or W but for its price, it's an excellent find. It even has a large pool on the rooftop and a small gym downstairs. It's just a...More
If you're looking for an OK'ish place offering large rooms, A/C, hot water, fridge, TV, water boiler for only 700THB then this is a decent place. The rooms are worn but clean and the hotel is located in quiet area near ARI bts.
Home to at least a dozen hip coffee shops, sophisticated boutiques and some seriously fine restaurants, Ari is the newest epicentre of Bangkok cool. Fleeing from the skyrocketing rents in Thonglor and Ekamai, many young urbanites made Ari their new home. This mostly residential neighbourhood outside the city centre isn't much of a trendy area on first sight, but if you scratch the surface of government
buildings and noodle shops, you'll find out that there's loads of hidden gems waiting to be discovered. Bring a local friend or do your research on beforehand to avoid missing out on all the fun.
