Stayed at this hotel while in transit from Cambodia for 6 hours. Paid $130 for 6 hours. Room was good and quiet. Bathroom and amenities were good. As part of the 6 hour price we were also provided set Lunch which was reasonable. Just relaxed and slept most of the time. Would have given 4 stars if the pricing was...

Good for forced overnight at Bangkok Airport. Inside security area so no fuss for international transit pax BUT manual front desk operation is ridiculously inefficient. 15 + minutes to check in - REAMS of paperwork all manual despite fact that computer system was up and running. Check in clerk INSISTED on paging through dozen pieces of paper to find my...

For international transit passengers ONLY - this hotel would be somewhat convenient if your flight comes into Concourse F or G, but our flight came in at the opposite end of the airport. It was a very long walk and not that easy to find. The only advantage is that you don't have to pick up luggage and go through...

We asked three times where to find the place, twice at information desks and at last on the fourth occasion someone had some idea. After a lengthy walk we wondered if it was worth it, especially given the high cost for a 6 hour stay. Transit by name and transit by nature. The free lounges we passed on our trek,...

Stayed at this transit hotel in the hope of getting some sleep before our next flight. It was way too noisy. The glass wall separation from the operational area of the airport just wasn't soundproof enough to block out announcements. They kept waking me up even with ear plugs. Maybe other more internal rooms are quieter. The bed is like...

Terrible place...the worst airport hotel I have ever been to, and of all places, Bangkok - where good hotels are supposed to be plentiful. The only plus point they have is their location - within the departure terminal so only transit passengers with odd timings will bite. The interiors of the hotel are simple, comparable to a 3* hotel that...

This place is ideal place for stopping to take a break before continuing a long flight. You do not need to leave airport, hassle of going through immigration, custom, checking in all that in a quiet room.

Yes, this hotel is overpriced for what it is. However, it's at the airport (where everything is more expensive) and for those wanting the convenience of having a bed, shower and your own place to chill, people will and do pay. You get the room for up to 6hrs. It's a cosy and clean room with everything u need. It...

Over priced, noisy, musty old rooms. NEVER EVER AGAIN. The convenience of being within the airport doesn't make up for the price nor the loud announcements. The included dinner is 100ml of tin soup of your choice and the equivalent of rice in the main course with 50gr of chicken.

With 9 hours stop over its was a easy place to rest up for us on a long haul flight from Croatia to Australia. Rooms were clean and comfortable but not overly soundproof It gave us a chance to sleep for a few hours have a shower and get prepared for the last leg home. It saved having to clear...
