I have stayed at K.s. house eveytime i go to Thailand. The people that work there are like family. Not the cheapest but certainly the best. Cold beer in the lobby. Good food found just outside everymorning. Wild nites on Khousan geterdun

The location and price are fantastic, but the facilities are minimal and not super cozy. If you're staying more than two nights, you might want to invest a little more into your comfort and cleanliness elsewhere.
Stayed here for 4 nights and it was good. Decent size room with own bathroom with hot shower. It does turn into a sewage smelly bathroom every now and then so keep the door shut.
