We liked the hotel because is close to Suvanabhumi and Donmuang airport as well and it's a good find if you have only one night in Bangkok between two flights. The hotel is not in the central, but in front of the hotel there are lots of restaurants (Traditional Thai, Steakhouse, Burger, Japanese, McDonalds, KFC) and coffee shops. Pro: The...

Was here for one night. Spacious lobby, wifi was decent on levels 1&2 but poor in the rooms. Room was equipped with a big fridge ( up to chest height, everything else have a very 1970s heritage. Mattress was hard and unforgiving. Sheets felt sticky and ended up sleeping on the duvet. Baby cot was provided. No ironing board was...

This hotel is located away from central Bangkok by anywhere from 45 minutes to a couple of hours depending on traffic. There is no BTS Skytrain located close by, so one is at the mercy of either a taxi or Uber for transportation. The hotel is quite old, has not been modernized and lacks amenities that one expects at an...

Not so bad, not so great hotel. Many amenities like their new gym, nice swimming pool, Thai massage and offers "aroi" (delicious for Thai) food. Every meal has great menu - soup, salad, noodle station (must try), main courses dessert like fruits, cakes and ice cream. Great experinence overall. Room service is great and staff are friendly. Only problem is...

We booked via OTA for three nights, but due to change of plan we requested to stay for 2 nights. They contacted the OTA and changed our booking accordingly. Staff are all helpful, most of them are senior and very professional. The hotel is a bit tired, but facilities are well maintained. Room is clean and has this design that...

Staff at this hotel whom I encountered were at least courteous and mostly doing their best to accommodate their guests. Despite what is to follow, the quality of my sleep was ok, for the one night I stayed. But... the hotel is one big health and safety hazard. Molds on ceilings and walls. The molds on the ceiling in one...

The property is bit old and clumsy, but clean. The rooms are very big, ac are old and bathroom fitted with old fittings. The bathtub was leaked and cracked. AC capacity was not sufficient for such large room. Also the hotel is far away from sea and you have to take/manage some of your own vehicle to reach the beach....

I stayed in this hotel for 9 nights due to work. There are many eateries around the hotel within walking distance and also Supermart which operates 24 hours. VERY CONVENIENT ! However, it is quite a distance away from the main shopping attractions. The hotel room is very spacious & clean but facilities are old. Taxi to the nearest Subway...

“In most of South-East Asia don't try to accomplish anything by telephone in your room booking. Go in person. And don't accept the first room. Insist on seeing several. And keep changing hotels. Unlike in some western countries loyalty is not rewarded. The longer you stay and the more regular a customer you are, the worse you will be treated.”
