The property is bit old and clumsy, but clean. The rooms are very big, ac are old and bathroom fitted with old fittings. The bathtub was leaked and cracked. AC capacity was not sufficient for such large room. Also the hotel is far away from sea and you have to take/manage some of your own vehicle to reach the beach....

I stayed in this hotel for 9 nights due to work. There are many eateries around the hotel within walking distance and also Supermart which operates 24 hours. VERY CONVENIENT ! However, it is quite a distance away from the main shopping attractions. The hotel room is very spacious & clean but facilities are old. Taxi to the nearest Subway...

Very clean and well-designed room (not too big and not too narrow and well furnished) 2. Sufficient facilities were provided in the room 3. Very nice view ( i stayed in floor 9th)...

I stayed here for my business trip for 5 nights, pick this hotel because it not far from my office. I was here 3 years ago, they have done some minor renovation on the hotel, but staff at restaurant was not friendly as before. Location – far from Bangkok town. Walking distance to 7eleven, there are few restaurants within walking...

Our 3rd visit to Town in Town and the rooms are looking somewhat tired these days. However, the reception is very efficient, bags taken to rooms, taxis ordered etc and the self service breakfast is worth the 150TB charge. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is very clean. There are shops and eating places just around the corner. Handy...

I have stayed at this hotel several times, by necessity as it is near where I had to be (although in general terms a very inconvenient location for tourists and business travellers) However, despite *having* to stay here, i cannot recommend Town in Town. This time I checked in there were no less than 13 problems with the reservation, the...

We stayed here for 2 nights when we first arrived in Bangkok, and had a good experience so came back for our last night before we flew out. We were on a floor that was a bit tired as far as decor goes on the first trip, but had newly refurbished the second time, with new carpet (9th floor). It...

I stayed here as part of a youth conference. The experience was wonderful and the staff was friendly. Aside from the location which is about a 40-minute ride to night markets, the Wi-Fi service in the lobby is quite erratic, requiring some reboots every now and then from the router. I really think they should upgrade their hardware to handle...

“In most of South-East Asia don't try to accomplish anything by telephone in your room booking. Go in person. And don't accept the first room. Insist on seeing several. And keep changing hotels. Unlike in some western countries loyalty is not rewarded. The longer you stay and the more regular a customer you are, the worse you will be treated.”
