Arrived at hotel a little bit defor check in and was quiet rudely told to come back at 2pm . Rejected the fist room as It smelled very bad , the second room wasn't much better and had to do and buy an air freshener in order to mask the smell . For 5000 bt I don't think it is too much to ask for a clean room . Will never go back to this hotel .

I arrived hotek bit kate then the concierge Nina helped me with everything wity checkn smoothly. She also oragines me a private day reip to ayutttaya becUee mubtime was limied. It went very well. The driver who inrroduced to me bwry helpful. Hotel staff atr freindky foods in Attico was qmazing and the dtaff too. I will recommend radiisonbku stay for others.

location is perfect...surrounding areas of Bangkok are easily accessible. In the hotel the furniture and fittings are a bit dated...but all this is made up by the great service from all staff members! would recommend a stay here for sure.

Nina concierge is very welcoming and they are very helpfull for arranging a taxi and alway smile. breakfest is very good .Rooms got clean everyday and swimming pools location is very good and fitness centre is heaven for gym lovers

I must say many thanks to the amazing staff working for this hotel. As a flight attendant, i have the chance to experience many hotels in different countries, but i must say i was impressed by the service provided in Radisson Blu Plaza. The way i was welcomed from the first minute I stepped out of the taxi until the last minute of my stay there, was just extraordinary. I can not thank enough to NINA, who was absolutely stunning. She helped me with all the bookings that i needed, also chose the best tour for me, as i was traveling alone. She is friendly, warm and extremely professional. Whatever you need, you can approach her and for sure you will be immediately offered assistance. So, thank you, Nina for everything! Also, the receptionists and the other staff, Noodee, Wanmai, Por, Frankie…amazing! Very good English speaking staff and extremely helpful. Always there if you need anything, they anticipate your needs and they are happily making sure everything is up to standards! The hotel itself has an excellent location, few minutes walk from BTS or MRT. TERMINAL 21 mall is just there as well, restaurants, coffee shops, exchange, pharmacy, massage places, everything you need is there. Rooms are very specious and something very important for me was the quietness! Not even a single noise outside the room, even though the hotel was busy. Breakfast buffet has many delicious options so is quite enjoyable! I will definitely come back here on my future stay in Bangkok!…

I had a good time with the help of a clean room and friendly staff. The location was also located between Asok Station and Prompong Station, so it was convenient to move.If I go back to Bangkok, I'll visit again.

My first time in Bangkok, I was very impressed when I arrived to the hotel and the checkin was fast and confortable, I m very pleased and gratefull with Frankie at the front desk, He is great help, He was able to answered all my questions (great English), With his support this vacations had turn in one of my best vacations of my life. He helped me to set up a tour to the floating market, and to #tigerworldthailand one of the best experiences of my life. Thank you to all the hotel staff, and specially to Frankie, great job. This hotel is Amazing, Is very well located, but what made it extremely special it was Frankie's services (bellman) his recommendations and extra care, made our trip. Is kind of hard to find people that speaks good English here in Thailand, but being able to speak with Frankie (he speaks English) made it so much easier.
