This hotel was an ideal choice for me between MedPark hospital where I’m receiving my medical care and Bangkok city centre (Sukhumvit area). The location is between 15 minutes walk each side, however, the hotel offers a free club car transfer to take you to nearby areas if required. The hotel is absolutely comfortable from inside, and the apartments are clean and well equipped with all required amenities. and all the staff are very friendly and cooperative. Located in a good area which can walk to the skytrain, shopping with the local shop along the way there. Nice service and warm welcoming from staffs ; Kevin and Mos also the maids. Will return again if have a chance.

If you want to stay at one of the best hotels in the Sukhumvit business area of Bangkok this should be at the top of your list. Good transport connections at Asok which is about 10 minutes walk. Good local shops and restaurants.

Very expensive for the services, can book much better for same price. Won't be returning. Room service food comes in boxes and is pretty horrible as far as thai food goes. Asking for prawn pad Thai and got chicken. Pool area is nice and clean but only 2 parasols which leaves everyone else burning away. As soon as a parasol becomes free, someone runs under it to claim it. Not suitable for families as I would not want my child in hot sun all day long. No pool service, it is get your own towels and no bar/drinks etc. I don't mind this but I wouldn't expect to pay close to 100 per night for this service, I can get better for 50 per night. The room is spacious, sofa is comfy and own kitchenette is a bonus. Bathroom is small and dark, fine for basics. Sheets and bedding not comfy, cheap feel. Balcony can step into just but not to sit on, just let air in. Can hear knocking from other rooms which is distracting at times as it's pretty loud. There is refurbishment between reception/pool area and rooms is a bit of a pain as having to leave the hotel and walk in the main road to get back into hotel to go to the pool. General feel is very basic with no luxury. Staff in general don't say hello or make an effort apart from doormen who were very good. Reception staff were fine but could be more welcoming. Bar area is shut everything I walk past. Sadly we booked it reading good reviews but now disappointed so I wanted to write an honest clear review of my experience as maybe it will help someone like us avoid a disappointing stay. …

The facility is very clean and convenient since provided with a laundry machine, a small kitchen and cutlery. The location is a little far from the main street but the hotel has shuttle cars (Tuk-tuk) to send us to the main street. Also there are several nice restaurants around the hotel.

Good location with reasonable price, quiet and comfortable. We can take Tuk Tuk to the BTS in five minutes. Breakfast was amazing with various food style. Warm welcoming from Mr. Kevin and Ms Carrot.

We arrive to the hotel very late at night. The staff Mink and Dada and Tum prepared everything for us. Quick check in not over 5 minutes and they gave us the good room lake view and recommend us the food court nearby that saved us that night name took lae dee that so delicious and cheap. We were so impressed with their services. Thank you so much.
