Decent enough room for the price, and well located in Bangkok. Rooms were decently sized and simply furnished, but the sheer number of rooms and guests made it feel more like a hostel. Probably would have rated better if I was told there was a rooftop pool at the front end, not as we were leaving!
Perfect location -walking distance to Soi Rambuttri & Khao San Road Nice rooftop pool with views, rooms are of decent size with basic amenities. Friendly staff and lots of food places and restaurants. Will recommend.
Very well located hotel. We got premier room and it was ok. Clean and well maintained. The restaurant bellow was ok but I wouldn’t eat there as it takes ages to be served and “European” food is full of oil. You better off eating from the food truck outside the hotel. It also has a pool but there is not enough beds for everyone so I didn’t use it. I would recommend this place as it was cheap enough 3 nights for 90 euro for two people.
Well what can I say about Khason Road, well it’s true, what goes on stays there. The guest house was of good standard, never got the chance to try the swimming pool due to either being hungover or not being at the hotel in time , pool open between 8am - 8pm Rooms were ok, good shower, comfy bed, room has good air con and safe. I would say if you are wanting an early night sleep with headphones in,,, as it’s very noisy with nightlife outside. When I stayed there was no restaurant, although there was plenty of street food options (very good) My only problem was the reception was 24/7 but they didn’t do coffee until 7am Staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day, bedding changed every couple of days
Enjoyed by stay here for a few nights located very close to the entrance of Soi rambuttri and very easy to find. The staff were great for check in and the rooms are well maintained for the money you pay for them. A stones throw from the famous Khao San road and all the attractions of the area. There's lots of places to eat and drink beer by as well as many tour operators to help you with your onward journey.
Rambuttri Village Inn has different room types and the cheapest ones (no elevator) have low quality but good enought to sleep 2 or 3 nights. Breakfast is not available because restaurant is still close since COVID spreed. On the other hand the pool in 6th floor is real good and the location of the hotel is unbeatable for those who want to be near Khaosan Road.
We’ve stayed on this hotel many times post covid and always been happy with the hotel. This trip was different but through no fault of their own! Half of the hotel is closed, the reception has moved to the old restaurant There are very limited drinks available in the bar area No breakfast is available as that part of the hotel is closed One roof top pool is open which caters very well for the parts of the hotel that are open and now have lovely cushions on them. We upgraded to a premier room Great air con, but a very hard mattress this wasn’t the case in the economy rooms. We also had no hot water for first couple days but they did fix it so all was good, the reception were very helpful. The location of this hotel is what makes it for us, just off the main eateries etc
Clean rooms and great location. Very central. However the hotel felt closed. No atmosphere, no people, restaurant not open so it wasn’t the best stay. I suppose this is to be expected with covid but the hotel is very big and quiet. On the plus side it’s located just back from the street with restaurants and bars - lots going on and not as noisy as Koh Saan road.
Located in what I consider as "real Bangkok", not the high rise business center but it’s the carefree inexpensive city. Quiet although central. The travel agency Mr Thai helped me with tours to Ayutthaya, floating and train markets, dinner cruise. Wide breakfast selection. Good price. Allowed early check in. It has outdoor pool which I did not try. Good value for money. Room OK, with aircon, wifi, good water pressure in the bathroom. Disliked:· Reception staff could have been friendlier. Thai people are known for smiling and warmth. Maybe their reception staff are non-Thai?
Rude reception , they try to get extra money whatever move you make , bad rooms and noisy .they ask for deposit in cash instead taking from the card so if is you last days in Thailand you will go back with 100 pounds in Thai bath and lose money for the exchange.
