As other responders noted this is not a luxury property. My wife and I stayed in the Arun Suite, with a private balcony overlooking the river, with a great view. If you can get that room I think it would be a great romantic honeymoon spot. I don't know about the other rooms. The hotel is small and the decor has a charming eccentricity and a "funky" ambience. I mean that in a positive way. As others noted it has a great location for walking to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun is across the river. A ferry terminal is nearby to cross the river. Amorosa Bar is a nice spot to have a drink and watch the sunset and the restaurant on site is convient for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Other dining is within walking distance.
