Beds were comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfast had a nice mix of local and western cuisine. Water is provided in the rooms each day (make sure the plastic covering is still intact; otherwise, do not drink that bottle - this goes for all of Thailand)....More
Me and my boyfriend are here for a one-night stay during Songkran holidays. We didn't feel welcomed as a local. At the time of check-in, staff didn't provide us sufficient information about our stay; where's the outlet for breakfast? Which floor is the pool on?...More
There was no evidence of cock roaches mentioned in previous reviews and the cleanliness was at an acceptable standard. The price paid reflects that the fact that this is no longer a 5 star establishment. The location is good with easy access to Silom Rd,...More
Not what you'd expect of a 5 star hotel. The staff was friendly but the hotel and breakfast was pretty mediocre at best. Rooms are spacious but more of a 3/4 star feel. Breakfast is not included in most cases and the price they charge...More
The staff is wonderful and friendly, they try really hard to accommodate. The problem seems to be coming from above- owner or the manager. The rooms don't get cleaned unless you ask for it. The towel and bathroom amenities are minimalistic.

Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the
area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
Hi. Iam coming to Bangkok end of July and looking for this hotel to stay for 5 nights as it has a full serviced apartment style hotel. Is it really that bad as you described it? Somehow I believe you as I am also quite finicky when it comes to quality hotel and stay. Please do let me know. I will change the hotel as I am still contemplating a good place to stay in Bangkok. Look forward to your reply.

You are listed here on Tripadvisor as 'pet friendly' but I called your hotel and was informed that you do not accept pets. Could you kindly confirm?
