No, this is not an upgrade. Perhaps you'd like to check with the guest if they will be uneasy in a windowless room before assigning them a room which they did not ask for. All we are asking for is not to be downgraded, we are paying for 2 nights even though it is well past 1am now at check...

We booked for a one night stay and upgraded to Executive room due to not enough Deluxe room. The location is wonderful as it's located just a few minutes walk from Terminal 21/BTS. 10minutes walk from the most happening night street in Sukhumvit. (and one of the busiest road in BKK as well.) The receptionist was kind enough to help...

This place is horrible for business users. The wifi doesn't work at all from 7pm onwards for the past 4 days. I had to purchase additional SIM cards to access the Internet via 4G. The hotel staff are clueless too about helping out with the internet speed. Hotels these days ought to have a dedicated IT support staff.

Location wise it is very good. The hotel is just around 200m away from the Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MTR station and plenty of taxis are waiting along the main road so it's very convenient if you are to take any public transport. Family Mart and 7-11 are just few door steps away. 7-11 in Thai is always good to...

We booked The Key for a 1 night stay. Clean, cozy small hotel just near Terminal21. Deco and furnishings were well kept and updated. Breakfast was not big but sufficient. Tucked inside a small lane. Everything about the hotel is small so not your regular hotel with a large lobby.

Location was convenient, close to shopping, restaurant/cafe and to MTR. Room itself was basic, nothing thrilling but no complaints. Low ceiling. Variety of massage parlours around, and a nearby night market that stretches a long way.

This hotel is real value for money if you're looking for a no frills hotel in a great location. It also doesn't look and feel like a cheap budget hotel. Location strategically in sukhumvit, in front you may find terminal 21 and Robinson shopping and food court in the basement, conveniently for food. For party, it's 5mins walk to Soi cowboy. Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
