The hotel is situated in moderately close to the city, taxies are available for travel, but the room allotted to us first was a poor room , with a poor a/c. The break fast was bad without any spread, I recommend this is not the right place to stay for Indians

Average hotel...the rooms were quite big but sad so we changed the hotel on day two. The breakfast was nice. the afternoon receptionist was cheerful and helping didnt have the chance to converse with the other one so can't say. Sukhumvit is full of hotels but I realised that staying at Pratuman would have been better as the market is...

Dear Sanghvipankti, Thank you for posting the review about The Euro Grande Hotel. My sincere apologies for the problems you had with air conditioning and with ants in the room. If you are heading to Bangkok to shop in Sukhumvit then this is a really nice place to stay. My room was spacious, quiet & comfortable. The breakfast consisted of local fruits, hot dishes & cereal. The hotel is a five minute walk to Sukhumvit Rd & from there you can decide what type of shopping you want to do....

Dear Mark W, Thank you for your most encouraging review. My Team and I are thrilled you enjoyed all aspects of your stay. As you've mentioned, our rooms are spacious; starting at 32 sq.m. and, as we have a maximum of 10 rooms on a floor, rooms tend to be quiet. Our buffet breakfast has a menu that changes daily...

The breakfast staff lifted my opinion as they were lovely, friendly and cheerful. The receptionist could have been a little more inerested. We paid 1,200 with breakfast. The room was good but not new. The breakfast was a buffet but lacked options. Can't complain too much though as I had 4 egg, ham and toast sandwiches, 2 bowls of cereal,...

Euro Grande might not be the nicest place to stay in, in Bangkok but honestly you spend more time outside than inside, For that que quality/value is good. Staff is friendly, and polite. There is a pool on the ground floor and a bar. The location is great thow, 10 min walk from the BTS station ASOK or PHROM PHONG,...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
