First of all, the staff farm&gift from the front desk are super friendly & helpful & patience. Love the service and well converse in English. Thumbs up to the shuttle service the hotel provide, it is so convenient. Best part is the location of the hotel is surrounded by various amenities. Really strategic. The rooms, for the price, I got zero complaints. Well designed and clean. Will definitely come back for it.

I have been staying for 3 night at Vince with my girlfriend and we are very amazingly nice. The staffs Gift and Farm are helpful and nice, the facilities are so cool .The room also sparkling clean, the service is very generous. I will be back to stay at Vince when I get back to Bangkok for holiday..

I'm from India .we are frist time in Vince hotel. Staff are very FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL . Hotel have good breakfast also have indian food . Essentially staff are Nicky ,arm and Gift.... good value will recommend...

The hotel not far from the main road 5 minute walk , 15 minutes walk to Platinum Mall. Easily located by GRAB drivers, Buggy ride provided to go and back from the drop point , The receptionist Farm&Gift are always ready with a smile to serve. But i felt so bad we not have enough time to exploring the swimming pool by the way we already looking into booking our next return trip. See you soon maybe summer trip

I didn't expect such good service from this hotel. There is a 24 hour buggy service to various points and a free popcorn and drinks at the lobby. What's exceptional is the free photoshoot with Thai traditional costume for customers! Kik and Nam are especially helpful to dress us up as Thai royals and their english (and mandarin) are spotless! really enjoyed the 4 night stay here.

We stayed here for 5 nights. We felt be happy to stay here . The reception ( Mr.Nut ) suggested me for travel attractions. ( Mr.Nut ) he is friendly and helpful. He helped me to order some food from outside by grab. The room was clean and breakfast is so good! We recommend this hotel for everyone.

We spending here for 4 person 2 rooms . When i checked-in i requested connecting room/ The receptionist (Mr. Nut ) he friendly and helpful also checked in smoothie and provided connecting for us . Also told me about shuttle service. The rooms was clean and bigger. Hotel nearly a lot of shopping / Phatunam Maket ' Center world ' Siam ' MBK and BTS I would like to recommend any to stay Vince hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights very pleasant staff at checked in Entered the room is was so dark and dingy Dirty smell too. The window. curtains were uneven but the view was the aircon unit !!!! felt so claustrophobic Cold water in shower the room was very dirty stain on the chair Pool looked grime and the sun loungers looked like they had never been cleaned Breakfast was terrible,coffee horrible,cheap fresh orange juice. Scrambled eggs looked disgusting Dirty tables had old food stuck to them Chairs were so old Couldn’t wait to leave !

We felt be happy that we stay here, when we checked-in, the reception (Mr. Nut) suggest me for travel attractions. The room is clean, and breakfast is so good! Mr. Nut helped me to order shirts from facebook and helped me to put the hotel's address and help me to transfer the cost. When checked-out our stuffs still didn't come, the. He help me to follow up that items and there is accident with the thai post office, then he called me Lalamove to solve it, I was so happy. I will recommend all of my friends to sleep here if they come to Bangkok.
