Great hotel in the heart of Bangkok Good facilities and rooms, adjacent to the Central World Shopping Centre, that is an experience in itself I would forgo the breakfast at the hotel and head next door. Reception at peak times is very busy with long waits in the queue, so plan with plenty of time to check out. Lift can be a little slow when it’s busy. Consider the skytrain if arriving here from the airport as the traffic can be chaotic and take an hour from airport

During my stay all is good. Breakfast menu is the same everyday during my stay there. If u smoker u need to go down to ground floor. Peak hour period the traffic is very heavy. View of the place is great. Bts is near. Very easy to get to

Great food menus, good facilities. We have had wonderful breakfast here. In room is nice and comfortable bed, club benefits is excellent choice we would recommend to try and also the Red Sky bar with fantastic view of Bangkok.

I was booked for a King Room, but the hotel staff, Dream, was very kind and upgraded my room to the suite. Dream also explained the services available and made great recommendations. The room is big enough for 2-4 people. Everything inside was clean and tidy, and they have amenities from Panpuri which I appreciate. 5/5 would recommend!

Very clean and good hptel nice team. Casimol was very nice and also the concigue. Breakfast was very good , a little expensive . The mall is just below and very convinient. I liked the pool and the view from red sky bar. Hope to visit again in another visut

I’ve been to Bangkok multiple times but this is my first stay at this hotel, and I am glad I tried it. It is a wonderful experience, the view and convenience of location is needless to say. The breakfast is definitely worth the extra cash. Overall service during is friendly and professional; especially at the front desk. I also wanna express my thanks to Ms. Patchareeya who patiently answered my questions and swiftly got me a room. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay for 2 nights. Didn’t even bother to go to the streets. Relaxed at the hotel with occasional visits to Central World Plaza. If you want to hang out on the streets, stay in a different place :-) Breakfast was excellent (subjective). Room is huge and sufficient for family of 5. Pool area is nice. Worth every penny spent.
