Booked 3 nights at this hotel, don't regret one minute of our experience. Check in was very easy, on the 11th Floor. Another elevator to our room on the 15th Floor, Room 1515. Really, really great room. Fantastic views over the river, seeing all the water traffic, and how the barges move, was very informative. Room, as you would expect at a 5 Star Hotel, was brilliant. Spotlessly clean, great amenities, brilliant and comfortable bed. Breakfast was served on the 11th Floor, with plenty of variety on offer, and excellently prepared. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always smiling and welcoming. Free shuttle boat, every 30 minutes, from the jetty to the skytrain station, about 15 minutes journey. Excellent, complementary service. There is an amazing infinity pool on the 26th Floor, offering fantastic views across Bangkok. There was some renovation work being carried out, and we were advised about a little disruption and noise. Neither bothered us. There is a shopping complex attached to the hotel, serving some food and some other shops. Food stopped being served at 7.00 pm. There was a large Indian wedding taking place during our stay, but in no way did it interfere or disrupt us. Overall impression? Top class, 5 star hotel. Would I come back again? Absolutely! Breathtaking river view, amazing staffs This was one of my favorite Bangkok hotel so far. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It worth every penny. All the staff they were amazing and gave the best service. You could feel that this is 5stars hotel service should be. Nowadays some of the 5stars hotel they can’t provide 5stars service. From the minute that I entered to the hotel entrance the doorman so welcoming and receptionist the lady name Nong Mew she was really nice even though I had a problem with my booking (booked by Travel agent web) but she took the action and looked after me really well. And in the morning the reception manager name Khun Whan she was really very nice. As I can I tell all of them gave the excellent service. The room was not really big but it was a good size and the river view is amazing. I love this hotel and I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. It suitable to everyone. We booked 6 nights (two river view rooms) in January 2023. The rooms were on the 20th floor with fabulous views of the sunrise. The hotel is wonderful - very clean, with many features. The free buffet breakfast is excellent, with many choices (which changed slightly each day). The roof top pool is amazing - don't miss it. The bar and restaurant on the roof top are very nice as well - but very pricey. There are other restaurants near by, and also a free boat shuttle that takes you across the river to other free shuttles, or the shopping mall, or sky train. We took a tuktuk to China town when we got off the boat. Very reasonable price...negotiate. The free boat shuttle operates every half hour.

Just great, not much more to say. The pool is amazing, the rooms are spacious and the staff is super nice and very kind. We arrived at 6am from the airport and got a cost-free early check-in, a cost free room upgrade and could use all facilities one more day!!! That never happened to me before. Just a thousand thanks to Pare from the reception for all of this and for the super warm welcome. We felt like beeing at home from the very first moment :-)
