The level of care and service from the staff is incredible. They made me feel like I was staying with a family. I was not expecting this level of care at a budget hotel. Perfect English, kindness, and willing to help with everything I needed. I was really blown away. The room, the bed, the bathroom, windows, everything you would expect at a budget hotel- not fancy. The descriptions are accurate. But I cannot over emphasize how amazing the front desk staff, the porters and valet, housekeeping, it really feels like you’re staying with cousins. Especially for the price you cannot beat it. Really enjoyable. The front desk staff is as capable or more capable than any five star hotel.

Other than a good location ( night markets) it isn’t worth to stay here. No hot shower water, cold sink water, very little breakfast selections, firm bed, a small pool. However, they do provide shuttle service to the airport if you asked.

Upon booking we were lead to believe there would be a breakfast buffet included for the 7 days we were there, a swimming pool to use, and just an all round “boutique” experience. Once we arrived at the hotel nothing about it is boutique, no hospitality what so ever. We were told there would be no buffet breakfast for us and the swimming pool was out of use. Also after a day of rain we came back to find our bathroom and window area flooded with water that had seeped through the bathroom vent and closed windows. When we told the staff they were not too concerned but gave us a towel to wipe it up with. The bathroom also always has a horrible smell to it that comes from the vents. The saying goes you get what you pay for, but this place was terribly overpriced for what you get. So all and all we had a horrible stay which made us so unhappy we decided to check out early for our last 2 days (which they refused to refund us for those last two days) and then we found a new hotel, best decision we’ve made.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly, and the location is perfect. Situated next to the night bazaar, it’s a short walk to many of the nice evening markets in Chiang Mai. One criticism is that there isn’t much space by the pool, which is accessed through the fitness suite. If there are two people on the sunbeds, you may find that you end up sitting in one of the 6 chairs available around the pool for a while. That being said the pool was lovely and very quiet away from the main streets.

I've stayed here a number of times, mainly because of its excellent position - next to Anusarn Market and in the middle of the Night Bazaar area. This stay was with friends visiting Chiang Mai for the Cricket Sixes tournament. All the restaurants and bars you could wish for nearby. Rooms are small but clean and tidy. The swimming pool is really too small to be called that. Restaurant and meals are OK and average. A good place to stay without frills.

This place really surprised me, the room is very nice and clean. The bed is huge and comfy. This has the look and feel of some of the more expensive and luxurious places at a very reasonable price. the bathroom is very basic, but that's the same for any small place in Thailand, most of the bathrooms don't have tubs/shower cubicles. It's a very asian open/wet bathroom concept that is common all over Asia. They have instant water heaters, so there's always hot water available. The breakfast area in this hotel was my favorite, it has these pretty hanging ferns across the front porch and the lobby is totally instagram worthy! The breakfast was also pretty good, I mostly only care for fruits and eggs, so it was perfect for me. The chiang mai night bazaar is literally next door, so you don't have to go anywhere for food or shopping. Most of the tours have this place listed as a pick up point, which is very convenient

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff is so lovely and friendly. There’s only one thing to talk about. The beds and the pillows are like bricks, you need to be very tired to be able to sleep quick. One of the nicest things you look for in a hotel is a nice bed to have a good sleep, well We were very disappointed with it.

I've stayed at this place about 6 times, each time having more improvements to the facility. They've improved the Internet that it now remembers your login. Small but nice pool. Little workout room. Friendly staff. Excellent location to the Night Market. Decent breakfast. They've made a lot of improvements to their breakfast space. The staff recognized me right away. It's an old hotel but clean and neat. Good value for the money.

We came from a hostel in Bangkok wanting a bit more 'luxury' and a swimming pool to relax in. But CM Night Bazar Boutique was quite the disappointment. The swimming pool is next to a construction site and doesn't have any sun throughout the day. Only four people can sit there. There's just two beds and two chairs. The 'fitness' is a collection of three machines. The AC vent made too much noise so we had to turn it off. The shower doesn't have much pressure. The washing sink wasn't properly fitted. We complained about this but the staff wasn't very keen on doing something about it. You need earplugs during your night here as the location is next to the Night Bazar. Every morning we were woken up by a guy vomiting and/or gargling extremely loud. Don't stay here, it's overpriced and I'm sure you can find something better for this price. The bell boy was very friendly and we absolutely loved him.
