It is a very good hotel and English speaking staff. Located very close to Chiang Mai airport and next to a high street that has very nice cafes of Chiang Mai.

This property is set away from the busy road and on first sight looks very impressive. The rooms are large as we paid for an upgrade but everywhere needed a good clean. The rooms weren't very clean and our balcony overlooked a dirty backyard, not...More
We checked into 3 separate rooms at the Yantassri resort and were very impressed with the size of the rooms; spacious and light with a Japanese-styling in wood at the windows and the bathroom.

Hello, I am considering this hotel for a trip at the end of February 2016. We would need a room with two beds. Can you please tell me how far in advance we should book? What would the room rate be and do you have plans that include breakfast? Also how close is this to the airport and the night market?
Excited about my first trip to Thailand and Chang Mai!
