We had one week to spend in Chiang Mai and we planned to stay in C&C teak house for the whole stay... We just stayed 2 nights ...
We were sleeping in the room just next to the very nice little garden and it's was pretty noisy.
Walls are thin and you can hear people talking in their rooms and in the garden ! Beds are full of dust and very hard. Only 2 smelly Bathrooms for many rooms ... and it's far from downtown !
After 2 days in Chiang Mai, we saw many nice guesthouses in the old city with better service and better price ! why sleeping here ?
Chiang Mai is full of wonderful and cheap guesthouses but this one is obsolete ...
