To be dead honest my room was quite dated, just the kind of old that makes places look a bit unclean even when they are. And actually the room really smelt pretty bad - I don't know why?! Maybe the river outside the window? But - the bed was comfortable, the water in the shower was nice and hot, it's...

Booked a night here through another reservation website for when we arrived in Chiang Mai. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and check in was very quickly sorted. I understand some might say its dark and maybe some areas could do with a spruce up but over all if you need somewhere safe to leave your bags, go...

Panda is a budget hotel, and you more or less get what you pay for. Rooms average size, low budget furniture and interior. low bed that, taken the amount of cobweb and other peoples forgotten socks etc. under it, must be hard to clean. No duvets, only some old blankets. Receptionist Jen made us feel very welcome giving the place...

We stayed here the start of Jan 2017 and this is the cheapest place we have stayed and by far the best. The staff are so friendly and will help with anything you need or any questions you have. The room was big and the most comfy bed we have slept on. Would 100% stay here if we ever come...

The rooms are ordinary, the bathroom is only conditionally clean. But the windows only have mosquito nets and they are leakly. So in the room were full of mosquitos. You can't stay in such a room. The staff is friendly.

Very helpful lady working behind the desk helped with any questions we had and booked us on to any trips we wanted to do. Booked a double room the day we were arriving had an email to say they only had a twin room available but we could move the next day to a double which was fine for us...

Arrived to Chiang mai at 06:00 am and got to the hostel when the immediately checked us in even though official check in is at noon. I'll start by saying that the service is perfect. Such hospitality makes the entire stay better and for me is the most important thing. Really helped us with info about the area, always smiling...

Panda House is in a great and convenient location - about a 5-10 minute walk in to the city. Room was ok, beds were comfy. It smelt a bit musty and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest however the staff were lovely and helpful and recommended some activities for us. It is very much a budget guesthouse so very convenient for...

This is a quiet hostel, not sure there was anyone else there except us. Great staff who were happy to help and book trips, give advice. The room was large but very basic. We had a fan room which was perfectly fine :). It's not the cleanest of places (lots of dust everywhere) but the sheets are clean and comfortable.
