I do not recommend this place- it's filthy. It's cheap and we're only here for one night which is why we picked it. Do yourself a favor and drop a few more bucks to stay ANYWHERE else. Would tell them to keep my $10 (usd) if we didn't bring disinfectant spray. Will "sleep" on top of the sheets, and walk...

We stayed here for 4 nights over 2 separate occasions during Songkran. It was clean, air conditioned, had sensational showers, and was conveniently located close to the old city. As backpackers we were pleasantly surprised with the comfort to price ratio. It even had a lift!!

Good value for what you pay; Rooms were clean with working aircon, had a bottle of water replenished along with fresh towels each day. Safety deposit is free but no laundry service (no big deal use the one around the corner). Wifi works in the room, albeit slow, but no code required. It was quiet, well maintained and generally pleasant...

I've stayed here a couple different times traveling to Chiang Mai. It is very cheap and although the rooms are not deluxe, they have been decent - clean with a/c, whenever I have rented them. The staff is also accomodating. Several times I arrived to Chiang Mai very early in the morning via bus and the staff let me check...

Hard to argue with $9/night - but if you have to pay more, probably better to look elsewhere. I found some of the reviews hard to believe but they are true: ratty carpets, threadbare towels, an incredibly smelly, musty room and the bathroom STANK! The cleaning lady was nice and immediately new what I was referring to, but it wasn't...

As it is very cheap to stay I don't think you can hold out for much hope! We were booked into this hotel for 4 nights, after being in the room for 30 minutes the air on had leaked, we had gone down to inform reception who changed our rooms straight away. The bathroom shower head was randomly placed by...

It is an old hotel nearby warorot market. The room is spacious, the bed is just okay. The bathroom is old but is acceptable considering its price. There's no internet in the room so we have to go to the lobby. The housekeeping provides well service and staffs are friendly. Free breakfast (breads, butter, jam, coffee as i remember) served...

The room smells stinky and really old. Receptionist can't speek english, so hard to communicate. I ask receptionist for wifi password, she said I must go-down to receive it (my god! really angry for this)

Cannot argue with the price I guess and the location is okay (10 minute walk from Sunday Walking Street) but the thing that really ruins the experience here was the staff. Generally I tend to ignore those statements citing staff for a bad experience, cause after all you don't share a room with them, so just stay out of their...

We didn't find this hotel to be good value for the cost. The photos online do not resemble the rooms properly. The rooms are very basic with no atmosphere and the toilet is bit dark and dingy. The service desperately needs to be improved....staff cannot communicate in English very well and are never smiling. the location is ok and quiet....
