Good basic hotel for the money. 10 min walk to thapae gate area, clean rooms, owners were very nice . The food at the small restaurant in the hotel is good for breakfast.. The hotel is small and down a back alley way but always felt safe. Wifi is free and worked good.

I liked the fact that the location was not in the middle of Old City. It was just a few minutes from Old City, Warorot Market and Praisanee Road. Not much intense walking involved unless you want to check out the wats inside Old City. Very friendly staff - will give you lots of options in case you haven't planned...

Despite arriving before dawn, we were let into our room earlier (for half price). The twin room we shared was really clean, tv, air-con, and a fridge which we were pretty excited about. The staff were really helpful and helped us to book a variety of tours including the Elelphant Mahout tours and a cooking class. Overall nice but a...

The hosts were very helpful and gave us valuable information. The room was spacious, simple, clean and nicely designed. Comfortable stay would recommend. Good choice of breakfast foods but closes for dinner, buts lots restaurant walking distance (recommend tea house on main road)

I would have given 4, maybe even 5 dots. Room was nice, staff was helpful and friendly, location quite good if you don't mind a little walking to get to some good bars or the next 7/11. But two things annoyed me, one a bid, one more. First of all the room is only made every three days. So at...

I would definitely stay here again. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is quiet but not too out of the way. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

We stayed in the guesthouse at the end of November for the Loy Krathong festival. It was clean, and a great location right in the middle of the action, but we started off very bad. We checked in, and I paid for the entire stay up front in cash... As we were coming downstairs, we were asked if we had...

We stayed 3 nights at Thaphae Garden Guesthouse. We found it to be in a good location and easy to get to the river, night market, old part of Chiang Ma etc. It was in a lovely peaceful side road which was lovely as the roads in Chiang Mai can be a bit crazy. We booked a trip through the...
