I've booked 2 rooms for my girlfriend and parents. We drove 7.5 hours long from Nan to Chiang mai, but when we arrived at the hotel my father feel exhausted from a long trip so we have him rest at the front lobby for a while. Then I went to check in and the staffs there rejected us because the...

Nice budget hotel located next to Nimman area. Around hotel can find food and coffee very easy. Hotel's room is clean and staff are also friendly. Real for value of money. Next time will stay here again.

The hotel is actually a decent place. Not fancy, but clean and reasonable. The front desk staff and the cleaning people were quite nice. But I am a seasoned traveler and have never been treated worse in my life at the hands of the manager (or owner I am not sure which). Thailand can be a place where people only...

Helpful and Polite staff, Clean rooms and very affordable, many nice eating places close by and Central department Store 10 minutes walk and plenty of Red cars or Taxis always available. Great place to stay if your on a budget. Suitable for families and for better off backpackers. Highly recommended

I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. I really enjoyed my stay there! My boyfriend and I went there because our dentist was very close and we found it to be very well priced with clean rooms. Our room was approximately 480 baht which is much cheaper than we saw anywhere nearby. The room was nice, the bathroom...

We went here because it was close to our dentist. We asked to see a room, they seemed totally uninterested and reluctant, when we saw the room we know why. It was discustingly dirty. We ended up going 25 metres to the Suandok Mansion. This place is not on tripadvisor but it is not bad. It is cheap and clean...

This place is barely OK, a tragedy, since could be excellent with just a little attention to its laundry. In a nutshell, the towels were smelly of mold, and left the user needful of another shower. So if you stay here, better bring your own towels. An inconvenience to disabled guests is that there are five steep steps at the...

Staying here at the moment, and main issue is the crappy WIFI - I have to leave room to use it and the cleanliness. Have stayed 2 weeks and gradually the cleaning has got worse, no sheets changed, nothing wiped down and ants everywhere. I think if I hadn't paid in advance I would have left. Fine for a few...
