The map is wrong. This place is only about 2 minutes walk from the Tha Pae gate in Chiang Mai in the old city. They advertise 50 Baht for a basic breakfast set, I chose scrambled egg, toast and bacon with coffee for 50 Baht and I added a banana smoothie for 30 Baht extra. All in all it was...

The price is reasonable and the room is comfortable. During Friday night, there a huge night bazaar just behind this guest house. This accommodation is the best to stay compare to the others hotel or guesthouse around it.

I keep coming back here. One of the cheapest places in this well-located and popular side-street, it nonetheless doesn't cut corners on the essentials. The rooms are spacious even with the fairly generous provision of furniture that allows you to unpack properly. If like me you are tall, your skull is safe here, with no low doorways waiting to catch...

We booked a double room with ac: the bed was comfortable, bed linen and towels were provided and the ac worked properly. We ate breakfast here several times during our stay not far up the road. This breakfast was half the price of others and just as good. Eggs, banana pancakes, good coffee. A nice start to our mornings.

My boyfriend and I stopped in here for a quick snack one day, and were invited to come back so the chef could make us Massaman curry. It was amazing. The flavors were warm and comforting. All the things a Massaman should be. It was awesome to eat food that someone was proud to serve. The chef said he liked to...

My girlfriend and I didn't stay here but we did drop in twice for food. The first time was just for a snack of sticky rice/chicken and a beer. The owner was so proud of his food and invited us back so he could cook just for us. We went back two nights later and he made us tom kha...

VIP House accommodation has had some recent renovations with the steps re-tiled, some bathroom improvements and some rooms painted ... there is a small family operated resturant downstairs that has cheap Thai and western food with vego and vegan options ... resturant staff speak very good English and will ensure your dietary requirements are met

Rooms are just ok for the price but restaurant.. the prices are very low, most of the food cost 50thb but shripms are in shell, food is with out tace and western food don't even try to taste or look like it should. The size of the dishes are quite fine.
