Just do it. Dr smith. Is Mr chaing. Mai. Great location. Great staff, you do your own thing. Security is first world standard. Quiet at night, comfortable beds. Very reasonable price for what you get.

Very nice place. Convenient location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend Smith suit, Chiangmai. On a more personal note, the people at the Suit kindly allowed me to store my stuff there until I returned from working in Oman. They also allowed me to practise on my electronic drum kit in the storage room (after checking that I...

I have stayed in Smith last April for 1 week and my family moved in there permanently until we can reunite again this July. (Currently I’m working in China.) I/we have a corner room on the 4th floor with a small kitchen and with full access to all the amenities that Smith residence offers. I have lived in Chiang Mai...

This very inexpensive hotel is located very close to the Chiang Mai gate and the old city. The clientele seems to be mostly long term older ex pat residents and is therefore very quiet. The on site restaurant served delicious, reasonably priced western and Thai foods. The staff were most kind and attentive.

Convenient location just south of Chiang Mai Gate. Rooms and bathrooms are large, super clean, cool and quiet, comfy beds - an absolute bargain at $25 per night. Full breakfast with juice and coffee just 100B ($4). Staff were always friendly and helpful and the onsite laundry is also very handy. Would have no hesitation staying there again.

A simple room without any ROMANTIC, but the price is close even lower than "a dorm bed" of a NEW MODERN FASHION DESIGN GUEST HOUSE. The room is just set for Sleep and USE, but in good use and comfort enough, Plus functioning perfectly. If you want to do in your room a little more than a bed in a...

This is a great place to stay for an extended visit (I'm here for a month this time). Easy access to the Songtaew (red trucks) to go either direction, it's right near the Saturday walking street market, yet relatively quiet. My apartment has a nice view of the mountains, is large and clean with a flat screen TV that has...

Very close to Chiang Mai Gate and virtually on top of Saturday walking street. This place really has everything you could possibly need. The owners are business-like but friendly with it - We are starting to make a habit of staying here for one month plus when we visit Thailand. We pay 10,000baht for the month including WiFi and an...

I've just stayed for a Month for the Fifth separate time. As usual it meets all my needs, Cheap, Clean, Secure and Friendly. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews regards the Staff, they have always been more than helpful with me. I have nothing but pleasant memories of every trip, and Booked again already for November 2016. The...
