This hotel was average. We unexpectedly wound up in a budget room. Fair enough, but we didn't think we would have to rent out towels and bring our own toilet paper. The room was also on the fifth floor with no elevator so it was interesting to lug all of our stuff up there. The staff at the bar was...

It's mix of rustic charm and social area with its friendly and more than helpful staff, more than make up for the slightly aging building, though it is regularly renovated. Thanks in particular O Jay and all the other staff for a great week. A very convenient and relaxing base for a Chaing Mai holiday, very suitable to work from...

We stayed two nights and although very basic we had no trouble with anything. Shower was tatty but room was clean and maids in daily. Our lights went out and they quickly moved us to another room. Staff were helpful with our tiger and elephant trip and for better price than anticipated. Don't expect luxury but absolutely fine otherwise 😀

The budget room is super cheap. With everything you need. It's clean, comfy bedding and has a balcony. The hotel is however in a state of renovation/disrepair and I am unsure if I could pay more. Staff are friendly, pool is clean.

My friend and I checked into this "guest house", if it can be called that as I would never invite guests into this establishment! Upon checking in, we went to our room to find a dead gecko on the floor and a dirty bathroom. Not to mention the door to the balcony was insecure and let bugs into the room....

The hotel is located in an ideal spot that allows you to walk to nearby restaurants, night markets, and a bar complex with Muay Thai fights. The rooms have fans or A/C, hot shower, daily maid, plus a pool and restaurant on site with free WiFi. The building is older and shows its age and the beds were not great...

Stayed here for 5 nights and had a brilliant time. We originally checked in late in the midst of a disaster reservation with another hotel. The staff were very understanding when we turned up, explained the situation and told them we might come back in half hour if we can get out of the other hotel with no bother! And...

Mixed emotions about this place. If you get a room, make sure to get one with AC as the ones with standard fan were just too warm, almost unbearable. The staff is mostly super friendly except the one who wouldn't let us use the phone to call and book the Green Bus because she wanted us to book the private...

We chose a room with aircon and stayed in room 204. From reading the other reviews below I would assume that the more expensive rooms with aircon are alot nicer than the basic rooms. It was clean, aircon worked well as did the wifi. The little balcony didn't look onto much. The bed was comfy. The staff were all really...
