This is a nice place in a pretty good location in the southeast corner, just outside of the square. It is definitely more of a hotel than a hostel (as it sometimes advertises itself) and there was almost no atmosphere, but the place was nice and pretty clean. The staff was nice. The beds are rock-hard though.

Very impressed with how clean this guesthouse was. Towels are freshly replaced daily. Bed is comfortable and the room was surprisingly large. The front desk staff is very helpful. We also had laundry done by the hotel - service affordable, convenient, and well done. Location is very good - quiet and close to lots of good restaurants and coffee shops...

Was recommended to stay by a friend who stayed previously and was not disappointed. Staff always courteous and spoke English well. Free bottled water, WiFi and cable in the rooms. Walkable distance to many restaurants, temples and markets/bazaars. Highly recommended!

We booked into the B&T for 3 nights while visiting Chiangmai. It was a great spot to start our Thailand adventure from. Pros: Friendly staff, able to accommodate an early arrival, stored our bags when we were away for an over night trek, well appointed rooms for price point, affordable, good location - easy to walk to most sites in...

We stayed in the larger corner room. Staff very helpful, carried bags to room, offered advice and map of next visit (Sukhothai) . Room comfortable, plenty of storage, sitting area, large fridge. Bathroom typically Thai wet room. Shower ok : Tip, to get hot water don't turn water on fully, the unit can't take the high pressure. The guesthouse is...

On top of air-con, cabinets, room corners and ceiling were quite dirty. Couldn't sleep well first night because of mosquitoes. Second night we'll have to get the mosquitoes out of behind the furnitures first before going to bed. Should have bought an electric mosquito killing bat when saw it at the matket. They wear shoes in the room which feels...

This hotel was a bit of a surprise. We couldn't find good pictures of the rooms online and were pleasantly surprised with how nice and premium they felt. We had a big balcony overlooking the city and one queen and one full bed in the room. The room itself was very big which was a nice change. The staff is...

Highly recommended. Great place to stay in Chiang Mai. Close to the city square, but also in quaint location. Wi, the male receptionist, was particularly welcoming and made every effort to accommodate us right away even though we were a bit early getting to the hotel.

The accommodations here are pretty good, but the staff service and attitude was absolutely amazing. The male receptionist, Wi, helped us and gave recommendations of cooking classes and other adventures to book. He was happy to help us in any way that he could, and always did so with a smile. I travel a good amount, and this was by...
