We stayed here for a week in January. From the time we made our booking over email to the day we checked out we were impressed by the professionalism, warmth and charm of the service that we received. We stayed in Room No. 2 which was big, comfortable and very clean. On the first day of our trip, the in-room...

We had a lovely stay here. There's a pool with loungers which is great for cooling off, a lovely charming relaxing area, and dressing gowns are provided. The staff are lovely and helpful. They called restaurants and spas for us to help make appointments. The shower is spacious with hot water, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts...

The property is very tranquil & pretty. The room is beautiful, nicely decorated. colonial old style. Love the four poster bed! Lovely high ceiling & a spacious bath. Great location. Pity I am staying only one night. Breakfast spread very good.

We stayed here twice: 3 nights, 2 away and back for another two. The hotel is in a quiet area right beside one of the many Wats in Chang Mai. A beautiful boutique hotel, which means you get no restaurant (no problem - loads around) but do a have a lovely breakfast area beside the small pool. The hotel offers...

We stayed three nights here. The location is great, but you won't feel noisy and crowded, it's really a quiet neighborhood. And the staff are nice and friendly, they help us to deal with a little small problems.

Our group spend (4) nights in 2 rooms (Junior Suite - rm 10; Superior Room - rm 6). Our stay was excellent. Both rooms were large, tastefully decorated and clean. Free minibar was a big plus. Hotel is located in a quiet location, within the old city. We walked pretty much everywhere. Very conveniently located near south gate, street food...

THE GOOD: Location - Within the ‘Square’, it is just barely off the ring road, but super quiet neighborhood. Once inside the building itself, all you can hear is the water flowing into the pool. However, a short walk via one of the side streets you’re close by to several well rated restaurants or the roads to the main sightseeing...

We stayed here for four nights having chosen it based on previous tripadvisor reviews. It has a great atmosphere, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is just within the walls of the old town with just a couple of restaurants close by, otherwise it is a ten or fifteen minute walk , or a short...

It is a good value when taking into account where it is located just a few blocks away from the main street. On initial observation one can easily miss the hotel entrance giving one the impression that its' obscurity makes the boutique hotel special... and it is, and consistent with the reviews given this location. Breakfast is very good and...

The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. We certainly enjoyed the breakfast there by the pool every morning, even when it was raining. It was grand staying in the old city, near so much history. Print out the name of the hotel in Thai to show your taxi drivers and tuk-tuk drivers....
