A cute and enjoyable place to stay. The staff (especially Lah) are amazing and so helpful.
The location is a little ways out of the city but a TukTuk or Red Car shouldn't cost you more than 150 baht ($5-6 USD).
This was by far one of may favourite stays of my whole month in Thailand. It is situated about 20 Tuk Tuk minutes from the centre of Chang Mai which was perfect for us as we loved the city and wanted somewhere to retreat to...More

Main attractions: comfortable clean hotel with a peaceful pool and garden area that is very welcoming on a hot day after the bustle of the Old City. There are also some very good restaurants within walking distance, including a large traditional one in an old rice barn that has been in business since 1957 and serves many unusual, thoroughly Thai dishes. The evening we were there it was full, mostly families and what looked like business people. Also there is a small place that specializes in BBQ duck noodle soup, that's open only for lunch.
We spent four nights in the old city and four nights at Liam's and feel that that enabled us to experience the best of Chiang Mai.
