This resort has large, well-furnished rooms in a tranquil garden setting. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a shuttle bus service to the centre of Chiang Mai. Good location if you want peace and quiet.

First of all, on arrival we got picked up and brought to E Outfitting Resort at a different location. I knew there was something fishy from the disorganization I sensed from the emails.Their English is fair, so it was confusing to explain that there was a mix up with the transfer. After a while, they understood and helped pay for...

Lovely hotel. We stayed in the family suite with two spacious rooms and the best beds ever. A great place to relax with friendly staff. They have a free shuttle bus to take you to Chang Mai 3 times a day. We would like to see a few more sun beds around the pool and the breakfast could be improved.

We stayed here for four nights on the first leg of our Southeast Asian trip. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful, even offering us mosquito spray while we waited in reception for a taxi! This hotel is more like a sanctuary, unlike anywhere we have stayed before. The rooms are spacious with a balcony looking out over the pool...

It is a really good time to visit Chiang Mai now, not too hot and so much rain. Hotel was beautiful and the landscape was amazing. Seems like most of the staff were from China, not everyone can speak good English but you can see they were trying their best to provide warm service. Front desk staff were helpful, they...

The hotel was acquired by Chinese Company , the reception staffs can speak Mandarin, but not quite good in Thai and English Language. The room and food are quite so so. Seem that most of customers are from China. The Hotel is quite far from the town, however, the hotel can call taxi nearby Doi Kam Temple to serve customers.
