Due to the recent positive reviews, it prompted us to stay at the Tokyo Vender Hotel - the price of 590 baht for a breakfast inclusive hotel that offers a pool and gym seemed too good to miss! However, I found my stay here underwhelming but okay. The Good: Breakfast and a pool is included. The bed was extremely comfortable.... More

Chose this location because it was central to the city where I had some business to attend to and it was cheap. Stayed for 1 night. The hotel is off of and next to main roads, so it is helpful when needing to travel around. This hotel used to be called the Lavender Lanna Hotel, so it can get confusing.... More

This is renovated hotel and seem better look than before, the location is next to the hospital and near kadsuankaew department store. The price is very cheap that I paid only 550 Baht with a standard room. The facilities are accepted, staffs are friendly and polite. Overall is good and I happy with the budget price and good services quality,... More

Now called Tokyo Vender, there must have been improvements with the change. I am surprised to read prior negative reviews. We arrived close to midnight to the hotel, as our friend was admitted to hospital, and we went right next door to Tokyo Vender. We were given a room and a bellman carried our bags and showed us to our... More

I was dreading my choice to stay at this hotel once I had the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff aren't over friendly but they aren't rude. The hotel has recently under gone a name change to Tokyo Vender Hotel but you can see the predecessors names everywhere. The hotel could do with a refurb but it isn't... More

WeI stayed here because of their web site proclaiming: night club in basement with free shows at 10:30 and 12 midnight, free airport transfers, rooftop restaurant, free transportation to other local nightspots. NONE of this was provided. Plus the help at the desk didn't understand English. The "safe box" was a group of gym lockers in front of the front... More

No longer a gay hotel thank heavens. This is a filthy hotel with stained smelly carpets in the rooms, dust everywhere. I had paid a one night deposit but found it so filthy I checked out after having an afternoon nap. I ended up at a superb hotel diagonally opposite; chiangmai-residence.com at half the cost of their published rates.

This hotel has been under new management for about a year and they just haven't got it right at all. Advertised as the largest gay hotel in Asia (10 floors) it boasts a sky bar/restaurant on the 10th floor, a club in the basement and a pool, steam room and gym... All of it is dreadfully decorated, the pool is... More

Well were do I start, the web site for the hotel looks great but I was so so disappointed. I was looking forward to going to what is meant to be Asias biggest gay complex under one roof, what a dissappointment. I booked the biggest suite and car transfer direct with hotel, I arrived at airport and waited over one... More

The service was above average but not delightful. The staff seemed quite laidback. My first room was a budget room. It was poorly maintained. Some lights were not working. The bathroom was quite grimy and really small. No matter what I did, I couldn't get hot shower. The walls had dirt patches. But the old air-conditioning worked fine and the... More
