Good services from the staff. Friendly and perfect for a short stay in Chiang Mai. The hotel is very close to the markets but not too close it to be noisy at night. It is close to the art museum. The staff are excellent in helping to book activities for the day. The pool is small but that wasn't what...

Spent 5 nights here, more of a hostel than hotel. Staff we're very friendly and more than helpful. Breakfast was basic. Two minus points were the shower and aircon. The shower was useless and ran hot and cold. The over head shower was blocked with about three holes working, thank god there was a handheld one too! The aircon worked...

After reading alot of the reviews i started to worry that i had booked a crapy hotel... but i was pleasently surprised. We were greeted with friendly smile and a fresh, cold drink as we escaped the heat. Checking in was a easy process and even our bags were taken to our room. The hotel lobby was clean and smelt...

Not as advertised. Location is good and breakfast is fine. Fine if you need somewhere basic. Everything else is poor. The staff were very difficult to communicate with. The showers only stay hot for a couple of minutes and then it was cold. I asked several times for help with this but they just kept showing me how to turn...

This hotel is very good value for money, especially if you go for the breakfast option as it is a decent spread. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Room service is not available. Our toilet and shower blocked up a couple of times which was a slight inconvenience. There is a pool but it really is tiny and...

We spent 5 nights here, 2 parents with 2 adult children, staying in adjacent rooms, booked by our travel agency. Although it says 3 stars, We personally feel it to be a reaching 2.
