We booked this place for 6 nights in Chiang Mai & ended up staying for 8. For the price you can't go wrong at all. We stayed on the second floor with a nice big spacious, clean room with a big bed & a small TV. The little corner balcony looking out to the back buildings was a nice wee...

We took two rooms, our room was terrible with holes on the ceiling, broken draw in wardrobe, 5cm thin mattress and the shower head broke off after one use. My partner's parents' was is a slightly better state, but not by much. The water temperature in the their room was lukewarm at best. We stayed for 5 nights, but that...

We had originally wanted to stay at Diva just down the road from TK but they were full. They recommended TK and it was a decent place. We were on the 3rd floor in a fan room. Nothing to do with them, but fan rooms in Thailand just don't cut it for me as I discovered here. But, there was...

moved from simply room next door to this place and for ½ price you get almost the same but looks like that i got a special deal via booking.com as i had to pay more after staying 1 night at pai (IMHO it should be less because the commission does not have to be paid when booking directly but anyway...

Stayed 3 nights at TK guesthouse. The rooms are basic with marks on the walls. However saying that, there is a wardrobe, vanity counter, tv, bed and private bathroom. Room was cleaned with new towels each day. For 350 baht / night that's pretty good! When we first checked in we were shown to a room on the 2nd floor....

I think I got quite a good deal for my money. After forgetting that all these travel sites lie and tell you that the rooms are being booked when they are not, or, browsing places a second time to find the price is higher (such awful con really) I paid about 500 per night for a weeks stay here. I...

Clean, spacious room with everything you need including air-conditioning for a modest price. Good location also! However the mattress was ridiculously hard (I've slept on comfier floors) and the bed sheet was just about big enough for one person let alone two. Finally our room was right next to the gate so everytime someone returned for the night it sounded...

Best place I've stayed while in Thailand!, I didn't stay in the dorms so can't say about that. We had a triple room at first but the air con was broken so the staff moved us free of charge!, after that we had a fairly large room with a double and single bed. The staff are really helpful one of...

I was tired of dorm rooms, and this time around in Chiang Mai wanted a little bit of time to myself. Very helpful staff, great aircon, and well you can't beat the price. Working T.V. Great shower in the bathroom. Stayed in a single room on the second floor. The extra bonus - a cute little balcony. It not luxurious...

I had a private room on the top (4th) floor and I would reccommend as it is cooler. The aircon worked really well and room was pretty spacious. Great location also. Best part was the service downstairs though, they were pretty good with helping me. Nice people.

Thank Matt R
