Stayed for three nights, booked the hotel on the basis of the hot tub and roof top bar! No bar and the hot tub never worked (apparently hasn't for a whilst). Other than that room was clean with good air con and really good wifi. Fresh towels and bedding. Good breakfast in the mornings. Good location and staff helpful on...

First day in Chiang Mai I stayed at Anoma Boutique House because it is in the "Old City", not far from where the bus from Bangkok stops. It was only for one day but it was a good pace to rest after the long bus ride. price was good and the staff is friendly, helpful but no lift, only stairs,...

Situated in a quiet street within the Old City within the historical walls. rooms are simple, and clean. What makes it stand apart from other hotels is the friendliness and warmth of the staff and management. They were very helpful in suggesting itineraries. Breakfast is simple and nice. A place I would consider staying again the next time i am in...

Anoma has the kind of soothing ambience of being in a converted Haveli in India, a quiet respite from the outside world. The furnishings reflect a simple design of quality teak. The breakfast options range from fruit to eggs to traditional Thai savory rice porridge. I was able to check in 5 hrs early and the staff was very helpful,...

Stayed here for two nights and had an enjoyable stay. Rooms are clean and has everything you need. Great location in old town Chang mai and has shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly

While Anoma didn't live up to the expectations of a 'Boutique Hotel', it was certainly a comfortable stay. The beds were great and the rooms were well-equipped. The breakfast options were decent as well. The photos on the website are quite misleading. I was expecting a more quaint residence and it could have been cleaner but I would stay here...

Looked really good from the outside and with reasonable prices but the service was kind of terrible, the food was way too fatty and did not look at all like the pictures (burger had a tiny sized patty). One thing I would say is the people were nice and the fried rice was good and big.

I just want to tell that I don't give 2 stars to the position, as the hotel is good located, but to the service and the appearance of the hotel. The staff is really bored and absolutely not interested in costumers, they don't pay attention in giving you a minimum of service and you have to ask for every basic...

We came here for lunch whilst walking through the old town, and the food was great, and fairly priced as well. The only issue was the staff kept giving the wrong dishes to the wrong people (on our table) but we just found that a little funny, and they made the wrong dish extra spicey so two of our friends...
