Spent three nights here. Location is decent. The guesthouse is located off an alley, which itself is located off the main street. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is also a bar area nearby. It's about a 15 minute walk to the night bazaar, and a 20 minute walk to the Saturday market. The hotel itself is decent....

My boy-friend and I spent 2 nights in this cosy guesthouse, located in the best zone of Chiang Mai. The room was quiet and clean, with a little balcony. Free coffee, tea and bananas as many as you want. The owner is very kind and speaks a perfect english.

Great location and a good price! Rooms were clean and staff was extremely helpful. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the air conditioner was really noisy, but that was maybe just our room. Otherwise, no complaints

A bit difficult to review this place. It is located in a remote street - quiet during the day yet easy access to cozy restaurants and convenient to walk around. It has a pleasant lobby with a few wooden tables surrounded by trees. I liked the library corner too. It is rather a family business than a hotel - no...

We stayed at Yindee for three nights, in gorgeous rooms on the second floor. The place is very clean, reasonably priced, quiet, and in a great location. Oh, and it has cats. That's always a plus :-D The only thing missing was a fridge in the room.

The smell in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting when we first opened the door. Like wow that bad. Bed was hard but that is with everywhere we stayed in Thailand so far. It was styled modernly and was nice and had a comfortable feeling. Had a lot of TV channels to choose from even a few English. Free WiFi which...

With the location you don't need to bother with Tuk tuks at all - everything is a 20 minute away or less. The room was comfortable and the owner was very friendly. You can buy drinks from a guy at the hotel for very cheap and you meet lots of people sitting out the front. It's right around the corner...

Wifi pretty good, air conditioning very good, staff helpful, close to nightlife and good places to eat but quiet enough to sleep, balcony and places to sit out the front, plenty of books to read and swap

Up until check out this would have been a 4* review. We had actually already decided that when we returned to Chiang Mai we would definitely stay here again. Very reasonably priced. Rooms good size & clean. Location excellent for bars, restaurants, temples and moat. WIFI a bit unreliable. HOWEVER on morning of check out at around 10am we asked...

Stayed here for 6 nights. What a lovely guesthouse . Our room was clean and comfy and the air conditioning was really efficient. The area was nice and quiet so we slept really well. The guesthouse is fairly near some bars but, without fail, the music there stopped at midnight every night rather then rambling on in to the early...
