The owners ans the staff are great. We had a very warm meeting and the service was great through all the time we've stayed there. They were very helpful and were glad to assist us with the bookings of attractions. You can use the coffee/tea facilities during the day and use the internet without being supervised all the time. Highly... More

We loved our stay in Baan Nud-Kun with Tao and Nud. From the moment we walked through the door there was such a nice atmosphere. We were welcomed by Nud who sat down and spent so much time explaining the best places to see and where to eat. This was great advice and made our time in Chaing Mai so... More

We booked after reading the positive reviews on tripadvisor. The rooms were average compared to other rooms we had in our stay in Thailand for the same price. The reason for the 3/5 rating though is actually the owner...who 'told us off' on a couple of occassions! Once because we were staying for 2 nights instead of 3, with a... More

Good points are that hotel is clean and breakfast is included. Location is good as well. Improvement points would be mosquito net in rooms because it is full of these insects, and putting normal lights instead of neons. Staff is friendly and helpful but sometimes intrusive.

The room was clean and homely with a spotless bathroom and separate shower room. The communal areas are quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Free breakfast of pastries, bread, juice, fruit and tea or coffee . 2 free bottles of mineral water a day. Room was cleaned every other day. The best thing though was the staff - who were genuinely... More

We booked this guesthouse following the rate from trip advisor. We booked the 2 A/C rooms 1 month before coming to Chiangmai through email. We got the confirmation and also all the indications necessery to go there from the train station. The 1st thing that surprised us is the quiet feeling with all the trees. We came in the early... At a first glance, this place looks like just another guesthouse. But after a couple of days here, you just don't want to leave. Staff are simply charming, they really know what a tired person needs. They truly smile and do not hassle you with tours and courses. They want to help. Great minibreakfast-buffet, free bottled water, coffe, tea and... More

We stayed at Baan Nud Kun and was very pleased with this guesthouse. It is located in the Old City, within walking distance to most points of interest, and is a great value! We spent a total of 10 days at Baan Nud-Kun. It was a delightful experience. Tao and her staff are beyond helpful, extremely warm and are genuinely interested in you. The guest house is very reasonably priced and in a superb location. You walk out of the gate into a quiet street with superb non-touristy restaurants and services of all... More
