De Lanna is in the heart of Chiang Mai, within the city square. It is a street away from the Sunday Night Market, a must if you visit on the weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being picked up and dropped off at the airport was very easy. Finally, the breakfast was amazing. The only negative for my...

This was such an awesome experience. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was great. Yes, plumeria flowers fell on us while we laid by the pool... but who doesn't love that? The staff was really wonderful and met any need we had. The location made it a great jumping off point to walk around the old...

Would've given 5 stars if weren't for the arrogant service at reception first day we arrived. The staff "made faces" when we chose to upgrade for just one night because they refused to check us in at 12pm while there could've been empty rooms available. Overall it's well located in the old city, convenient to even walk around the attractions....

Dear lovely guests, Sorry for the bad impression about our services at the front desk. We have a few new staffs there and they are young and naive. Normally, the check-in time is 2:00 p.m. (please see details in our website) since we need time for our maids to make up the room before a new guest come in. The...

It started with the reception, 5 people behind the counter looking at smartphones. Not looking at customers. Same at at restaurant. A lot of stuff but just making fun with each other but not looking at clients. The hotel is not the same as the pictures. It looks not proper and has becoming old. I would never ever stay here...

Dear lovely guests, Sorry for your disappointment about our services. Normally, we do not allow staffs to play on their personal phones while they are on duty. However, in this case, there might be some of them broke the rule and we will do investigation on that issue. We will improve our services to its best and keep all guests...

My husband and I enjoyed our time at De Lanna Hotel in the old city of Chiang Mai. The hotel is quaint and well maintained. The pool area especially, with the koi ponds and lanterns, is a beautiful place to spend some time on the property. We spent about 4 nights in this hotel. The toom was cozy and a...

We didn't stay here but spent 3 days using the day pass for their pool as our pool at our condo was too cold and shady. The pool kept my kids busy for the afternoons and I got my sun on the comfortable day beds. 200 Baht p/p. It was nice that this hotel offered this for us. Bar was...

We spent a few nights here and were happy. The hotel provides easy walking distance access to sites within the old walled part of Chiang Mai, and they can assist with sightseeing trips as well. You can also walk to the night market and food courts from the hotel. Our room was comfortable although slightly dated, yet everything worked well....

Good location. Lovely staff and a good breakfast choice. A good Northern Thai style hotel with a great swimming pool, pleasant cool rooms and a great balcony. So I will return here again, close to night market also.
