Good location. Lovely staff and a good breakfast choice. A good Northern Thai style hotel with a great swimming pool, pleasant cool rooms and a great balcony. So I will return here again, close to night market also.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of the new year. I would say the following - The overall look of the hotel is good once inside as it is on a main road. I didn't think the noise from the road was too loud and it also means you have good access to the rest of...

We recently stayed at the De Lanna Hotel for 5 days. On the positive side: it is reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the old section of Chiang Mai (within the walls); the grounds were like a little oasis with nice pool area and koi fish; the people were very friendly and helpful; the towel issue seems to have...

Dear lovely guests, Thank you for your reviews. Normally, in that bath-tub shower we do have a Aluminum windows close block the water come out of the shower space into the bedroom space, unless you open the window while you are showering. However, we will check it again for this incident whether there're some hole that the water can leak...

This hotel was clean and the people who work here are very nice. I was very happy with the service and especially how it is surrounded by a beautiful pool and lots of trees. I would definitely come back in the future.

I would stay here again. It's centrally located, has nice rooms, attached restaurant/bar, swimming pool and includes breakfast. The staff was knowledgeable about the area and assisted us with transportation. The rooms were spacious and had small balconies. Good wifi too.

Quiet. Good spacious room. Breakfast great and service vg. Lighting in the room was dim. Definitely recommend. Trees by the pool made for a relaxing outdoor area. Poolside rooms not too private with passing foot traffic but a nice outdoor sitting area. Mozzies a bit of a problem. Bug spray would be an asset.

We enjoyed 6 very pleasant nights at the De Lanna and were very pleased with our decision to stay there. The central location is very convenient to many sights in Chiang Mai, just a short walk away. The staff is exceptional in their courtesy, attitude and willingness to help in any way possible. Koy, the senior dining room manager, went...

Stayed in a superior room: was good, small bath room though (1 person at a time). The staff was very friendly. Close to a lot of things, but not in a noisy neighbourhood. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

The first impression when we arrived late at night was not good : shabby run-down 1st-floor room close to noisy street ; untiled concrete bathroom floor with a urinal as well as a toilet ; stifling hot room. But from that low-point we got to appreciate De Lanna's positive attributes : great complimentary breakfast, good position and a very welcome...
