Just what we needed . A budget room , but clean , tidy and the option of Ac or not . Bathroom was a bit tight but apart from that all gud. Great location and a cracking little restaurant bout right next door called the hideout I think. Great for a breaking or sandwich

Stayed here for a couple of nights, decent price and good location. The owner is so lovely and recommended stuff for us to do, that we could have missed out on. I would come back here again. Rooms were lovely, A/C is very powerful! Burrrr!!!

Away but close from the market And the cbd, boxing arena And such lovely restaurant (100 Thai bat for 3 padthai). Clean , really servant staff, this place had to be the homestay transit for travelers who don't care about swimming pool resorts.

Would not go back even when the price would be less. The gross thing we're the sheets, not washed, stained and one time with puke from the former guests. We got a new room but still it was dirty. You really have to insist for clean sheets. The location is good though. Not worth the money!

Check in guy/girl is very strange and gives off an uneasy feeling. Sheets appeared to not have been new.... Gross!!!! Shower trickled out with no hot water. Lock on balcony door is a mess. We saw a few big cockroaches in shower and holes in bathroom screen. The location is somewhat convenient but we bailed to much nicer accommodations after...

I can't recommend this guesthouse... The location is okay. That's the only positive thing about this hotel. The sheeds smell very bad. When we came in our room at 10 P.M. We found a group of around 100 ants in out bathroom.. When we sprayed water over them. Hunderds and hunderds of ants came out! The ceiling isn't closef very...

I'll start off with the pros. The staff was helpful and we were located in a great area, near the main road and close to shops, food, etc. Cons, the rooms didn't have A/C (I should say this hotel was part of a bundle package so we weren't sure on all the places were staying until got to each destination)....

Lovely guest house in a quiet place close to city. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely and clean. We booked at first only 2 nights but were very happy to extend for another 4 and were given a great discount. They propose fast laundry service, tour desk and even some food. For breakfast, next door...

Basic but good enough. Not the best bathroom I've seen but overall ok. We only paid about $30 AUD a night so I wouldn't complain. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The centre is in walking distance but there are also plenty of tuk-tuks around.
