It was good stay for couple days. We just relaxed at beautiful pools most of the time. The closet market/ shopping area is about 7-10 minutes walk where you can buy most of stuff that you need. Wifi need to be improved. We liked room decors. Room was cleaned daily.

We decided to spend 2 x 2 nights in Chiang Mai at Vivacity Home. We wanted to be able to enjoy some quiet after immerging ourselves in the hustle, dust, and noise that usually surrounds you when visiting an Asian city. That was the right choice in the sense that Vivacity is enclosed in a green garden, in the middle... More

When myself and my partner arrived at the hotel, we were shown to our Eco hut. I was pretty upset to find out that we wouldn't be sharing a double bed, but sleeping in a bunk bed. The owner told us that she had contacted us through e.mail (that we never received) to inform us that due to popularity of... More

Decide to stay here to be close to major new shopping mall which is just open..... I have doubts after reading some reviews . I can understand folks who do noy like it because of limied service and few staffs . But in exchange you get a full privacy which we love to have during our stay. We find this... More

Love my stay at this place . Real homey feeling . No hassle to sell tours or goods like any other places. Our kids love chemical free pools and gardens .... Easy walk to TESCO mall and plenty of eating places. ... I would say it is the best value for money during my trip to north Thailand.

Very very bad. Please don't make the same mistake we made and don't go here. Pictures look beautiful, but in reality its not like that at all. Room (superoir bungslow) smelled awful. Pool not swimable at all. Fungus on doors and wall. Hand crafted wooden furniture is in reality a plastic bed. Booked for 4 nights, left after 1! Even... More

What I thought to be a peaceful stay away from the busy city, turned out to be a miserable stay in the country. Lobby area dirty, no breakfast ( when it was included) , gardens in disarray, swimming pool badly maintained, televison in room did not work, need to walk quite a bit to find public transportation on a very... Stayed at Viva City for 4 nights. Attracted by the pictures and pricing. Friendly staff, very peaceful, lovely gardens and pool. Really easy to get to main shopping centres and town centre. I recommend to those who want a cool place to stay in Chiang Mai with lots of friendly character

This place is located only 15 minutes from city with easy walking to both shopping malls/supermarket and local villages. Its garden is charming atmosphere and makes you feel relax during your stay . We are even more happy with our choice to stay here but when we came back from the noisy city. There are only few staffs but they... More

My partner and I booked this hotel for 4 nights and checked out after 2.. After arriving at what appeared to be a beautiful place to stay we were shown to our 'Deluxe Bungalow' which initially seemed to live up to our expectations. However after deciding to utilise one of the delux features, the jacuzzi bath, our opinions changed. On... More
