Situated on a quiet backstreet, 5 min walk to the city gate. Rooms were very clean and comfortable & good value for money (though the beds were hard in the typical Thai style). Breakfast was also very good. Mr & Mrs Finlay were very helpful in giving advice & getting us discounts on various trips. I recommend trying the rotees... More

Love this place! Stayed 9 nights and wish I could have could have stayed longer. Owners are incredibly nice and helpful! The lady is one of the sweetest people ever and will help you book anything you need and even makes you breakfast every morning. If you are going to sleep past breakfast she will give your door a knock... More

We stayed here for a few nights and the whole place was very friendly, relaxed and the location was perfect, in between the city centre and the markets. The owners were lovely and very helpful with everything we needed and served a great (and free) breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. The room itself had AC and was really nice.... More

This B&B is cozy and tucked away down a beautiful and quiet street. The owners are accommodating, sweet, and happy to help with any part of your trip. The room is perfectly adequate with cold A/C, and plenty of privacy. We spent 4 days here, and we were thrilled to have this place be the first stop on our journey.... More

Great place to stay. Everywhere is clean, rooms with AC and wifi, the toilets and showers are shared but never a queue and again always clean. Breakfast is included also which is amazing for the price you're paying for the rooms! Close to the centre and markets etc. Owners are amazing and happy to help with activities and locations of... Stayed 4 nights in July with girlfriend. After 3 weeks of travelling in Thailand with accomodations ranging from 500-2500 TBH/night, I can say that this was the stay we most enjoyed because of a combinaton of genuine hospitality, cleanliness, location and price. The free mussli breakfast was delicious and will cost you 150 TBH on Koh Tao/ Koh Samui. The... More

I was initially hesitant at the location- it's at the back of a small street. However, I quickly realized how close it was to everything- a really great location. Both of the owners were very nice and happy to arrange tickets, transportation, and events to me. Room was very clean and had good AC. Highly recommend.

The location is very central and close to Tai Pai gate, which was brilliant. The manager Keith went out of his way to be helpful, thank you. The upstairs rooms had paper thin walls so it was possible to even hear the couple sniffing next door.

We stayed there for 3 nights. It was such a nice place, calm and just beside the old city. Everything was great. We had 2 rooms with aircons. Breakfast is included and the lady is so nice. We felt really welcome. Definetly a place to go if you want a nice and quiet spot !

We initially booked for 2 nights but enjoyed our visit so much we extended another 1 night. The owner was extremely helpful. He gave us recommendations on transport to Chiang Rai, the weekly night market, where to find the ATM and mini mart. He even gave directions to a camera shop when our GoPro attachment broke. The room was cute... More
