Nicely located at the old city wall. Unstable WiFi. Good breakfast buffet. We did not test the restaurant as it was always empty. We got upgraded to DeLuxe rooms which are large. Very cheerful staff. No mosquito nets at the door of the balcony which is a pity as the temperature dropped to a nice level during the night.

My wife and I stayed at the Rim Resort for 4 nights and enjoyed the hotel. It was a nice clean facility with a nice staff. This isn't a 5 star resort, but a smaller quaint hotel just inside the old city boundary. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the AC worked well. The room safe did not...

We stayed at the Rim Resort for 3 nights recently. Room, pool and breakfasts were very nice. This is not a full on luxury resort but a stylish place and nice mix of modern with traditional Thai architecture.

After a disappointing hotel in Bangkok, the Rim Resort turned out to be a real hit. The service staff, room, location and food were exceptional. We checked in during the late morning with no hindrances (unlike Bangkok). The room was super and very good value. The pool was great but a little cold for some. The hotel is ideally located...

bedrooms and public areas in need of some redecoration but a still beautiful hotel complete with wonderfully attentive staff. An elegant oasis of peace and quiet just half a dozen steps from the chaos on the main road outside!

Located with the moat of then old city, it is in a great location with gardens and lots of places to eat nearby. Quite old but comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. We went out each evening for a meal as there are some good places nearby where the main course costs £1. The pool is surrounded...

This place, especially compared to our hotel in Bangkok, was just perfect. Beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, great location, pool is nice. Reminded me of a mission style hotel in Palm Springs. Fitness center is kind of a joke but all in all we loved it.

Stayed here for three nights. I must say that all staff members are very polite and helpful, they all spoke English. However we found the hotel to be nothing special. PROS - Good location within the old city, easy walk to the temples. - Free hotel shuttle to the night bazaar (one way, no return) - The room was spacious...
