This place is amazing. No complaints at all, the owners are the nicest people. Very clean, great location, great price. If you are staying in Chiang Mai, book this place if you can. You will not regret it.

Me and my friend stayed for a couple of nights in one of the small rooms. The room was very clean, comfortable and most of all reasonably priced. The owners were really great as well and helped us book a trip to Laos, even after we had to switch hotels (since we only booked for two nights). So if you're...

There are so many nice things about Top Garden that I don't know which to start with, but I suppose it all really comes down to Victor (from Montreal) and Thunya (from Thailand), the wonderful couple who own Top Garden. They're incredibly helpful with respect to everything, no matter how small and even by Thai standards for friendliness (which are...

The reviews on Top Garden were just what we were looking for. We booked in advance via email. Friendly, clean and perfect for what we could afford. Arriving late after a 12 hour train journey, we had a warm welcome by Victor. A double fan room on the ground floor, spotlessly clean. The room we were in was perfect but...

I stayed at the Top Garden Boutique Guesthouse for a night back in October. I booked online, and was contacted by the owner by email with further information about arrival time etc, which was very helpful and reassuring. The guesthouse is a great place, located in a rather quiet side road, and has a very welcoming feel. The lobby downstairs...

We booked in advance via mail. Since we arrived late at night we had reconfirmed the booking the day before. When we arrived we saw a sign "fully booked" and another one "if you have a reservation please ring the bell". We loved the place. Thunya, the owner, was very friendly and always helpful whenever we had questions. We booked...

Location, rooms, enviormnt excellent! When i read the reviews i thought it was too good to be true. But its perfect, we even met other travelers on the roof garden and became friends. Thunya and Victor are sweet and very helpful which made our stay even more memorable.. wish we could have stayed longer because there is something magical about...

My husband and I stayed at Top Garden for four nights in January 2013 and had a great experience. Like pretty much every other review on here, I have to say that Victor and Thunya, our wonderful hosts, were what made our stay so very pleasant. They were very helpful in suggestions for excursions, dining, laundry, and even where to...

We stayed here in March 2012. Apologies to Victor and Thunya for this very late review. This hotel was a wonderful find. Location was spot on, in easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants and the night market. The whole building was immaculately kept with lovely little touches here and there. We had to change rooms halfway through our stay...

Top Garden Chiang Mai is in a great location, easy to walk to nearby restaurants, bars and shopping areas. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy, with a nice sitting area out the front. The only complaint I would have about the room is that the beds are ridiculously hard, but for around $20 a night you can't really...
