While my bf and I had really hoped to like this place as we were paying 800 TB per night, this was just not the case. Firstly, the first night we were woken up every hour to people talking loudly and could even hear people sneeze or cough etc. The walls in this place are CRAZY thin. The bed is...

Being a hotel (not a hostel or a guest house), you have certain expectations like cleanliness, good service, etc.. This hotel has none of that! First things first, the room was full of ANTs!! Actually sworming the place, they got into my luggage and I used to wake up at night because some ants have chosen my face to be...

Room was very clean, spacious and the hotel was very modern. My stay included breakfast which was very nice. The Night market was a short 10 minute ride by tuk tuk and Saturday walking street was right around the corner! There was free wifi throughout the whole hotel, lobby and restaurant. My only complaint is that the doors to the...

The hotel is very muslim friendly. The breakfast buffet is halal, and even the receptionist wears hijab. The room is quite spacious. It is very suitable for traveller with families, elders, or even solo traveller who wants comfort in modesty. It is not a grandddd 5 star kind of hotel, but personal and frankly, I love it :) And oh,...

>1500 baht per night in 5th floor with a room for 3(extra 1 bed add on) actual quite decent. >wi-fi speed average 3.0Mbps.(4.00Mbps at Max) >you can access to lobby computer administrator (they didn't even lock) >the lobby's computer is full of MALWARE and a lot of unwanted software. >help to clean up most of the unwanted software and malware

This hotel is fabulous. Service was spot on, even a last minute request to organize a driver for a day trip. Room was clean, though beds were somewhat uncomfortable. The safe should have been a larger, self-chosen PIN type safe. The location was great, right near the Chiang Mai gate and great street food!! Don't even bother with local restaurants,...

Booked in for 2 nights was not very impressed with the room or the service. It is not supposed to be a cheap hotel. It's a mid range. About 42 pounds per night in Thailand That should guarantee a clean bed and a decent breakfast. But that is not the case with grand hotel. The breakfast was very poor. And...

SO LOUD, RUDE GUESTS. On the 6th floor you can hear all the way to the bottom. I have dealt with screaming families at 11 at night and 6 am. No apologies. No sleep. Stay if you want really bad sleep for 2 nights. Wifi hasn't worked for 2 days

A very simple hotel. Located ok outside the old city but nothing special. The bed was uncomfortable. The Ac was directed on the bed and couldn't sleep with it on but when turning it off it was too hot! The breakfast was mainly Asian food. Wouldn't go back there. Wouldn't recommend ANYONE. looks nice from outside but that's it...
