Beautiful and clean. Breakfast included! My room had some plumbing issues, but otherwise fine. Good location. My flight wasn't until the evening, and they allowed me to leave my luggage by the office.

My husband and I stayed in the Chiangmai boutique House for 2 separate nights, one in a normal double room and one in the Junior Suite. The double room was clean but basic which was what we expected as we only wanted somewhere cheap for a quick stopover before a 4-day trekking trip. The hotel also offered laundry service which...

We stayed here for 5 nights in November, with 2 kids, ages 4 and 6. We all liked this place. The kids loved the pool. The room was good, the bathroom was really nice, and the shower is huge. The self serve laundry was great too. Breakfast, even though the same every day was nice to have. If you walk...

If you enjoy falling asleep to the sound of street noise, you'll love this place! I initially picked this small hotel because it's on a side street. That side street, even though it's one way & narrow, has to be one of the busiest streets in Chiang Mai. To made matters worse, my room was one of those right over...

Stayed here for 1 week. Room was fine, bathroom nice. Nothing too fancy, but all I needed. Staff was very friendly. Quite noisy though, very thin walls. Breakfast was toast, fruit, ham, fried egg or omelets, coffee or tea, and juice. Pretty good for a free breakfast. Turn left out of hotel and turn right, on the traffic median there...

Nice clean hotel, rooms quite small. A bit noisy due to road outside, although situated on the edge of the 'old town' so convenient. Seemed to be run by a staff of teenagers. wi Fi good, overall would probably stay again. Could have done without the four flights of stairs!!

Two friends, my partner and I stayed here for about a week in August, and enjoyed our time here very much. Located in the south-eastern part of the Old City, Chiangmai Boutique House is in a great location -- close to tourist outlets, great restaurants and cafes (check out Spoon de Best across the street!), and on a street with...

This is my 15 visit to Thailand and first time at this hotel, but as my daughter pointed out its only a B&B really. We stayed for 9 nights, no passport details taken, no offer of showing us our room, no helping with bags. The 3 of us were in junior suite and we had to ask for 3 cups,...

We stayed here 4 nights in 2 adjoining rooms. The hotel is near a busy road and it is noisy but we slept well. The staff were helpful, but it would be nice if they offered help with bags on arrival. The wifi works well, breakfast serves its purpose and the rooms are clean. The pool is small and there...
