Had a great stay at TJR Boutique House. Was well priced and located right in the centre of everything, staff were really nice and helpful too. The breakfast they served was nothing fancy but still tasty. It is a good option of you want a step up from a hostel :)

TJR was chosen by price + reviews. It's just ok. We had some problems checking in but I assume it was our mistake, we had booked for the following month! Great mistake! They did not realize either until after an hour of our arrival waiting to see why our booking was not registered. The stay was good. Breakfast well below... More

Stayed here four nights June 2015, found the hotel not up to the mark. Rooms are nice and clean but slightly overpriced. Location is great old city is where you wanna be. Can get cheaper, better deals. If you want to stay in the old city I believe '@ Chiang Mai' is better in every sense ...

TJR boutique house is located in old Chiang mai. The staff are always happy to see you,and always available for help when needed. The 4 of us stayed for 4 nights and every day the staff would clean our rooms by providing clean towels and replacing fresh water. Quite, clean and close to markets love to come back again

TJR Boutique House is conveniently located near ThaPhae Gate and Sunday Walking Street. It has big, clean rooms, decent wi-if and all the facilities you need to be safe and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and energetic. My door lock was dodgy when I first arrived but by the following day it worked beautifully, no problem! Breakfast is big... More

Great location right inside the old city and easily accessible to many restaurants, bars, etc. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was great - friendly and helpful. We extended our stay an extra night.

Tjr boutique house is situated in the old part of chiang mai and is in easy walking distances to all local amenities. The room was cleaned daily and felt very safe. Chiang mai was the best part of our trip.

We stayed here for 7 nights. The room was comfortable, cleaned well everyday with 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. The staff were lovely and very helpful in organizing a tuk-tuk to where ever we needed to go at a reasonable price - much better then we could have gotten on the street. Great location close to many tourist spots... More

We stayed overnight in between a stay at the Elephant Nature Park and heading to the airport. Our room was a standard king bed room, with a safe, aircon, wifi. Breakfast was included in the rate we paid and it was overall great value for our quick stay. Bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets in the... More

Nice location up a bustling little soi near the tha pae gate. Walking distance to many tourist spots and walking street markets. Staff were laidback but friendly and helpful. Rooms quite nice with pretty little balcony. No lift. Breakfast a little repetitive. Egg and bacon etc sums it up. Beds very hard but we slept ok.
